My Husband is My Enemy

My Husband is My Enemy

Caroline's room to invite her to have lunch with her. Upon arrival there, she immediately pressed the doorbell of the room. However, there was no response from Mrs. Caroline. “Mom, let's have lunch together!” Adaline kept ringing the bell. Until finally, she decided to go straight in because there was no answer from her mother. “AAAKKK!” Adaline immediately screamed hysterically when she saw her mother lying unconscious on the floor with a charred body. Alex and the maids who heard her scream immediately ran over to Adaline.

The Alpha King's Labyrinth

The Alpha King's Labyrinth

panic begins to rise in my mind as I realize that we have left the borders of the Kingdom. Adeline stops in her tracks and her hackles raise along her back. A deep growl rumbles in her chest as she lowers her body to the ground in a defensive stance. Up ahead a large black wolf steps out of the darkness into the moonlight. His silvery-blue eyes stare at me as he growls at Adeline. Taking small steps forward Adeline continues to growl at the massive black wolf. He is easily twice our size. "Adeline," I yell at her through our mind. "Are you crazy?"

I love this Author. She tells a story well. it is always annoying when I'm reading a story that seems the author is retelling the same thing through each character ( their POV), but I feel it's just another way to make money🫤. Anyway, thank you for telling the story well, keeping me interested

I LOVE THIS BOOK! It is a bit different from the usual plots we are used to in the werewolf world, but it works! I loved that there were times I truly couldn’t stand the female MC and I got to love her through journey into maturity and womanhood!

Shadow Hunter

Shadow Hunter

I called over my shoulder Burney nodded and leapt what took me four steps to cover before disappearing through the broken pane. I stepped in after him and cringed, landing on top of the wet flesh of a Taken. Panic coursed through my veins as I stepped off its cooling body. All his wounds were glass related, which meant the shade was still here. I swallowed my fear and looked up.

The Matchmaker who can see the red string of fate

The Matchmaker who can see the red string of fate

My feet cripples and I collapse on the van floor. A hand pick me up and throw me at the corner. They slammed the boy to my side. He wheezed. I gasp. His head hits my rib side, sending black spots to my eyes. I’m still coughing and gasping for air when a shoe heel pressed itself in my head. Forcing me to bend. “So it wasn’t that challenging to find you.” Adeline said, exerting force to her heel, bending me lower. I catch a crack of glimpse behind her shoe. Her blood red lips curl into a smile. A calculative evil smile. And I can’t suppress the shudder running through my spine. The groundkeeper has settled himself in the passenger seat at the front.

Alpha’s Glitch: The Dragon Architect’s Revenge

Alpha’s Glitch: The Dragon Architect’s Revenge

“Protocol 0 has been breached. The Recycle Bin is opening. Save the Queen before the system wipes the sector.” "Xander," I whispered, my eyes wide as I stared at the flickering holographic warning. "The Greenland signal... it’s not a greeting." Xander’s hand dropped to his gun, his eyes locking onto the map. "What is it?" "It’s a System Failure warning," I said, my voice trembling with a new, icy fear. "We didn't just turn on the heat. We just woke up the thing that killed my ancestors." From the shadows at the edge of the chamber, a new sound emerged—not the hum of machinery, but the wet, rhythmic clicking of something multi-legged and very, very hungry.

The Wrong Kind Of Love

The Wrong Kind Of Love

Her eyes softened the moment she saw me. “Oh, Yulia…” “I don't even know what to do.” She sighed. “Tell me everything.” So I did. From William standing up, to the photograph, and to Kendrick being punched. When I finished with my story, tears were running down Adeline's cheeks too. “I swear…” she whispered. “Whoever this stalker is… she's evil.” I nodded weakly. “They sent the same picture I received that weekend I was at Kendrick’s house.” Adeline frowned. “So it really was them. She wanted your parents to find out.”

Love After Betrayal

Love After Betrayal

Instead I see a message from an unknown number. ATTACHMENT: 5 PHOTOS, D******d? I downloaded the photos, what I seen made me scream. "What's wrong Adeline?" Maya asks as she reaches for my phone and she gasps as she sees the attachments. "Adeline there has to be an explanation. I know Aspen he would never betray you." She tries to comfort me but the photos make what she says to me go in one ear and out the other. "I'm gonna kill her! I don't care if he chooses her over me!" I get up and put on my clothes, I'm going to kill her. I won't let the woman I warned get away with being a whore.

The Bride's Second Life: A Vengeful Bloom

The Bride's Second Life: A Vengeful Bloom

But I saw it clearly—the faint gloom on his forehead had now sharpened into the clear shadow of death, a murky darkness clinging to his skin that promised an end was near. There was something wrong with those pills, but I couldn't be bothered to warn him again. Whatever happened to Adrian was his own doing. If Emily meant him harm, that was between them. It had nothing to do with me. "Mrs. Gillan, let's go," I said. Susan seemed to snap out of her daze, then nodded vigorously before practically pulling me toward the door. Behind us, I could hear Adrian shout, "Claire, don't you dare walk away from me. Stop right there!"
