The Endgame Chronicles

The Endgame Chronicles(The Apocalyptic Queen Theresa)(Supreme Survivor In The Zombie Apocalypse)

The flesh had dissolved, leaving hollow, black eye sockets that stared straight at her as she passed. "What the hell is that?" Griffin muttered when he saw it, glaring at the disgusting head in revulsion. He casually picked up a pen from the floor and tossed it. The moment the pen tip touched the bloated zombie head, it was like a needle popping a balloon. Pop! The zombie head exploded. Hayley immediately yanked her group aside. The wave of filth and stench splattered all over an unlucky kid barely in his early twenties. In an instant, he looked like he had just been hauled out of a septic tank.

This is by far and beyond the best book I've read in a long time! It kept me so engaged that I had a lot of sleepless nights and I had to force myself to put it down. If it was in book form, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Thank you Hugh White for writing and publishing this book. it's the story of a

Worth the read, well written and has a decent plot. The characters generally have a lot of depth, although one or two have been a little strange, maybe written that way on purpose. The FMC sometimes feels a little too cold, and vengeful, but again part of her character... I will continue reading!

Every Foul Spirit

Every Foul Spirit

Lower jaw unhinging and falling away, face split virtually in half, his maw gaped nightmarishly open so that the wanderers could come— Spiders spilled from him, pouring from the grotesque orifice as though being forced out from deep within. The cinnamon-haired girl’s eyes flew open in mortal dread, her whimpers rising into high, jerking stifled screams which caught in the back of her throat. The long-legged things scurried over the doomed teenager, swaying back and forth upon her before striking with frothy fangs.

The Alpha's Rejected Heir

The Alpha's Rejected Heir

making my way down the passage I saw a trail of blood leading to the last room in the hallway, following the trail I came to a stop at the door where the trail ended only to find the decapitated head of a man. Stepping pass the severed head I walked into the room looking up from my feet at the sound of a voice and instantly wished I hadn't. The sight that greeted me was a horrific one if I've ever seen any, blood and body parts were everywhere and Jermaine's body laid battered and bruised in a corner but the worst of all was the sight of Alessandro cradling Rosalyn into his arms with a bullet lodged in her chest, the sight froze me immediately.

I liked the story. It was paced well, and kept my attention. There were a couple of characters introduced but dropped out of the story. Grammer and spelling could use some work, got even worse as story progressed. So was a bit distracting, but could still follow the story.

Really loved these characters. Would love a sequel with Lily Carter & Alessandro, those 2 are really interesting, emotionally charged characters. Rose is an inspiring mother. Very happy about how you provided answers to the twists & turns. Could use less repetition in dialogue. There are more...con

Submerged Land

Submerged Land

Something about the shape of his head and the hunch of his back. ‘Help me. Please. HELP ME!’ He screamed and suddenly jumped out of the darkness and into the light as he tackled and pinned me to the ground. As soon as I saw him - it - clearly, I let out a scream. It wasn’t human at all. It was a shark with a body of a human. Its beady eyes stared me in the eyes as it continued to scream a lot and animal-like sound. ‘I TRUSTED THEM. THE TRAITORS!’ It yelled. Its mouth opening wide and close enough to my face that I feared that I was about to lose my head. Literally.

This is wonderful, I'm totally in love with this book... The plot is interesting, the style of writing is more than unique, and I'm totally hooked by the character's development ... The book is already in my library, and I can't stop myself from being addicted.

Hell Hounds

Hell Hounds

If a second cave-in occurred, this time, they may not be lucky. Ian thrust an evidence bag through the opening for Hal. “Hal, please get the head of the creature, will you? We’ll need it as proof.” Hal grimaced but took the bag. He then left the passage in search of the body. Aria watched him leave, and her first thought was to go after him. Hal came back with the head. He’d included its hat, though Aria thought that was now part of its filthy hair. They didn’t pull all the debris down. The group had a large hole big enough to pass through the backpacks and evidence.

Between man and Wolf

Between man and Wolf

I use magic to attack him, this strong wind will blow the bloke. He was unaffected by my attacks, standing still like a statue, so why let me kick him? Apparently, this person could easily take me down. Now that I've noticed, isn't he an accomplice of the cheesy-looking wolf? No, that's okay! Werewolves are all evil. I used the silver hairpin on my head that was given to give me by Irina to stab him in the wrist of my hand. Even so, his wrist was burned, the blood dripped continuously to fall on the ground, he still squeezed my wrist.

The Reaper's Pet

The Reaper's Pet

No shape could ever truly contain the deep and pervasive horror that Death inspires and to behold it in all its extradimensional glory is to spontaneously fry your brain. In one fluid, memorized motion, Septimus whirls his overcoat off and into the air and a spirit steps out of a wall of monitors to assume the role of a coat-stand. This spirit is fully skeletal; tragically its head is missing so there’s nothing but its spine protruding between the shoulder-blades, making it otherwise perfect as a peg. Septimus tosses his guitar case in the same direction and the decapitated skeleton also catches this out of habit before stiffening ramrod straight like a foot guard at Buckingham Palace.

A Rival for the Hockey Alpha

A Rival for the Hockey Alpha

“Who sent you to me! Who are you!?” Fuck! She was being too loud. If she kept that up, this shit would get messy. And I don't do messy. Besides, the clock in my head said I had less than eight minutes until these guys probably regained consciousness. I shot my wrist forward, aiming for the spot beside her throat. I sent off a poisonous pin. “Ouch.” Her hand flew to her throat, her fingers pinching the pin out of her skin. “What… what… what have you done—”

Nightmare

Nightmare

It isn’t until I smell the rooting carcasses that seem to smell like a dead animal that has been hit by a car and left on the side of the road do I start moving and with the moving I catch someone’s attention, some unwanted attention. As I crawl towards Ash, I see some movement to the right of me; something is crawling out of the pile of bodies. I continue to crawl towards Ash, only faster this time, and I reach him just in time. The beast emerges from the pile of bodies and steps out into the light. I scream in horror, what kind of monster is this, its skin a deadly grey that hangs off its body, with wrinkles covering its body. Its eyes bright yellow but they have a faded tint to them. When

Will You Marry Me?

Will You Marry Me?

Gritting her teeth, she tilted her head to the side and caught sight of blood trickling down from her scalp. She winced. Her fingers instinctively went to the gash, and when she pulled her hand back, her palm was smeared with red. Her jaw clenched. "Stupid. I should’ve never trusted those girls." Anger mixed with fear, and she forced herself to focus. She touched her hair. Nestled within the strands was a pin.....silver, sharp, almost hidden. Her breath caught. Carlos. Her mind replayed his words from earlier, when he’d tucked two of the same pins into her hair with that rare softness in his eyes.

I'm scared out of my wits for Ruby. I hope Carlos reaches her on time, for both her and Hector’s sake... Antonio, that fool! He caused this. I hope Camilla ends whatever relationship she has with him. Selfish bastard!

I really love the story, the love, the emotions everything was felt, the male lead is an intentional man and I really loved him, there were times I had a good laugh because of the female lead naivety, the story was amazing and that I especially loved the happy ending.
