The Art Of Dying

The Art Of Dying

"It's quiet here. Peaceful." I joined him. Up here, the wind was stronger. Colder. But it felt good. Real. "We might die tomorrow," I said. "We might." "Doesn't scare you?" "Terrifies me. But not for the reasons you'd think." He turned to face me. "I've been dead for ninety-nine years. I've survived things that should've erased me a dozen times over. Dying doesn't scare me. But losing you? That's different. That's worse."

I REINCARNATED AS THE CURSED PRINCESS

I REINCARNATED AS THE CURSED PRINCESS

So why? Why am I dying already? I reached out the book from my bag. I was on my way home but I decided to stop by the local bookstore to buy my book. I heard it was trending so I wanted to check it out, then, before I knew it, I got caught in a car crash. I’m dying. I was really dying. Fate was too cruel, it's so unfair. Then it was nothing. The darkness surrounded me and I was certain I drew my last breath. But just then, something miraculous happened.

Fainting on Purpose? No, I'm Just Dying

Fainting on Purpose? No, I'm Just Dying

He always said that as long as he followed the notes in this book, I would grow up healthy and strong. Dad stared at those thick, well-worn notebooks, his gaze flickering for a moment. He looked at the yellowed pages as if reminiscing about something. After a long pause, he sighed and gently ruffled Ms. Ritter's hair. "If only Ronnie were half as sensible as you are." Just then, Mr. Poole hurried into the office. "Mr. Bradshaw, is Ronnie still lying outside? It's 95 degrees Fahrenheit out there. I heard Ronnie is poor in health—what if he gets heatstroke? That would be serious trouble."

Wonderful book, great character dynamic and storyline! Every emotion was tapped into! Enjoyed the Jake POV chapters at the end. On a serious not, Emma’s deep seeded issue are more common than we realize, and the issues associated with were address in way that encouraged & informed the reader!🤩💕

Amazing book! It was long but well worth it. I even wish there was more. I loved the bonus chapters but would also love an epilogue. There was a lot of character growth and maturity for both ML and FL. Looking forward to reading the other books in the series. Would love to see Daniel spin off.

Dead and Gone: No, Not Really

Dead and Gone: No, Not Really

I heard the clicking of camera shutters, but no one called the ambulance. My blood drained dry. My body became cold. Finally, Yvette Skye was no more. I died all alone at the corner of the street. No one cared. My corpse was not a pretty sight. My eyes were wide, unseeing, and there was a large hole in my stomach. My legs were twisted together. One of my arms was flung by the side of the road. My legs were useless now. I was ugly. No wonder the little girl cried. Floating in the air, I stared at my mutilated corpse.

Don't Rent A House Where Someone Died

Don't Rent A House Where Someone Died

“She wants to trap your soul here. If you want to live, you have to retrieve the part of the soul you lost! “Go to the bathroom. Lock it! No matter how abandoned the bathroom looks, pretend that it’s normal. Fill the tub with water and lay in it. When noon arrives tomorrow, your soul will return to you. Remember! If you want to live, no matter what you hear and feel, do not leave the tub!” At that moment, I heard something shuffling outside. It sounded like something was trying to crawl in. Before I could ask more about it, something broke through the door. Maggots fell out of the wife’s rotten face. She crawled forward on all fours and left behind a trail of blood. When she saw me, she smil

he asked as he took a bite of the chocolate. I nod my head and took my glasses off. “The half of it.” He pat my head and smiled. “ Now, get some sleep.” “No.” I said, pouting my lips and raising my eyebrows. “ I'm waiting for the dawn.” He shrugged his shoulders and went back to his reading, but now he's sitting on the floor beside me while I sat on my chair. “I read in the first chapter here that depression is a side effect of dying.” I kept on concentrating on the screen to check the mistakes of the drafts, the misspellings, and the grammatical errors, mostly.

The Death He Never Died

The Death He Never Died

Brandon's voice broke the silence, "When I came to, the drugs should've knocked me out for hours. The moment I opened my eyes, Noelle was right by my side. Man, it gave me quite the jolt. "And how is she still standing? With her heart condition and all those extra shifts she's pulled this month, she should've been a wreck seeing me 'dead'." Aria chuckled mockingly. "That woman doesn't care about you. If she did, she wouldn't have just stood there without batting an eyelash." I smirked at their words. In my previous life, Oswin had actually gotten sick from their little game and ended up dying of pure rage. However, this time around, I was given a second shot at life. I would never fall for t
