Hello faithful readers. How do you do? I have been incognito for a while due to some hardware issues with my computer but I have found a way around that thanks to God. I am sorry for letting you all down and hope that wouldn't happen again. Now that I have that out of the way, there is an announcement to make. I am here to inform you that Book 1 of Hunters: The Prequel - Hunter Hunted - is over. And Book 2 begins today!

Geoffrey’s voice had urgency to it. “Special Agent Jenkins,” I snarled in a loud whisper, “or should I say Geoffrey Jenkins the handler? I’m confused, which is it?” “Both,” he replied. “So, by handling things you mean that you deal with murderers and dead bodies that are drained of all of their blood? I fail to see how you could possibly imagine that I might also be a handler. You did say you thought that I was one, didn’t you?” I quietly spat. “I may have been wrong,” Geoffrey said softly.

I’m back home and I have some Duffs to drown my sorrow, I’m in deep shit, annoyed and worried with my little bunny, if some asshole put his paws on her, I don’t know what I’m capable of doing. Hunter waits for me on the porch, with a lemonade glass, he signs me to sit down and I know that nothing will keep me away from his inquire. This son of a gun should be a cop instead of a fighter. He doesn’t give up while he can’t get the answers he want. Less than five seconds and he shoots the first question, this time he broke his record: “Adam, you may be the alpha in this pack, but you’re still my brother, tell me the truth, what’s going on? Why those guys were trying to kill you?”

Everyone was intimidated just by his presence, they slowly step backward and planned to leave the place but he didn't allow it. The battle begins with him against the three other Rogues. They started growling as if they are questioning him. Shock can be seen in their eyes when one of the leaders of a pack engages in their fight against the hunter. And what makes them more confused is when the one that's supposed to kill the hunter is saving now the woman. He even questioned himself about what he is doing. His mind wanted to just see what would happen between them but his body just move when he saw the wounded hunter.

HUNTER’s POV We all turned to Brock who stood and brought back a huge book with ancient markings on it. Where did he even get that from? Dropping the book on the table, everyone sitting around it either coughed or pinched their nose as dust blasted through the air around us. “Oops, sorry,” Brock uttered as he opened the book. He flips through the pages until he stopped and looked like he found what he was searching for. “Oh, here it is,” he says and points at a passage on the book.

Father Hugh was among those sent to investigate it. The police had initially thought that I also died during the attack but had no evidence to support it. Father Hugh’s investigation in the case led to him tracking me down and eventually recruiting me into the Hunter guild.” It dawned on Hailey then that maybe this was the first time Ryan was opening up about what he had been through. It might be the first time he was actually confronting the issues that had plagued him throughout his life. He

Hunter kept running for his life as he was pursued relentlessly by a huge dog. Hunter came to a halt when an arrow was fired his way, he didn't see who fired the arrow but it gave him a note when he caught the arrow. An arrow was also fired at Damian's leg, he bellowed as he crunched his feet. He transformed back into a human and jabbed the arrow out of his leg. To the arrow was a note just like the hunter's own. They both stopped to open the letter, Damian for a second forgot he was chasing Hunter

The police had to get involved, there were two police cars out the front of the diner. Ducking under the police tape, Damien stepped into his diner, he was feared by everyone, humans, wolves and vampires alike, he was known as the Blood Alpha and that was not just because Blood is his surname. Her sent hit him sending him into a short sense of euphoria, he had finally found her his mate after, eighteen years of searching he had finally found her.
