When I sat down, I put the laptop on the side table and then lay down on the bed. I would have turned up the aircon when it suddenly blacked out. "Sht! Brownout!"

Lily’s pov I lay flat on my bed, staring at the ceiling like it might give me answers. I turned to my left, then to my right. Then back again. The mattress creaked softly under me, almost like it was tired of my restlessness. My mind refused to be quiet.

(Laya P.O.V) I am lying on my bed with closed eyes, when I open them my room is shining. Oh, shit! what time is it? Oh, I am late! The alarm! Where is Nana? Why she did not wake me up? I take a quick shower, brush my teeth, pick up my things and leave my chamber. “Nana!” I shout, but there is no response, she is not here! Where does she go? it is not normal, leaving in the morning! I decide to make a quick toast and leave, I'm not ready to be insulted by Mr. Eric.

I am sitting in front of the mirror while looking at myself. I am naked right now. I don’t want to walk to their closet here. I am fine sleeping naked though. I just made sure that the door is locked. I lay on the bed. Just hoping for another bright day tomorrow.
