If Only I Had Told Her Novels & Stories

I need to have a good grip of myself. If only I did not see her crying that time I last saw her…. If only I did not say anything about how I felt for her…. If only…. Ahhh, if only…. If only we parted like we used to…. If only I saw her with the same smugness on her face when we first met in the classroom and she told me to meet her at the gym after class…. And maybe, if only we did not spend such a wonderful time for a good few days, maybe my feelings for her wouldn’t have grown out of my control.

That I’m not enough, that I’ll never be enough! I felt my phone vibrating I my pocket it was Windy. Shit!! They must’ve seen the news!! Now what am I supposed to tell her?

She said struggling to find the right word but not finding it. I thought for a moment, should I tell her? She has done so much for me. There isn't a reason not to tell her. Besides, there's not really anyone she could tell. She said it herself that there isn't anyone else in these woods. I gave her a gentle smile, "I'm going to tell you but please do not treat me any different than now?" I asked her kindly bit sternly.

I was the one who promised she would feel better here. And when she found out the truth I had hidden from her, I left her alone simply because she asked me to. If I hadn’t walked away from her... none of this would have happened. “This is all my fault!” I cried brokenly.

I told her "Ok dear, come back early, we are packing for uni baby, "she said excitedly "Yes," I told her as I try badly to force back the tears that threatened to fall. Immediately, she hung up, I slump heavily on the bed and cry my eyes out. I couldn't believe that Michael will do this to me. I thought we had a connection. I thought we clicked last night.

A sentence that shattered what little control she had left. "Because if you don't..." A pause. Then: "I'm going to tell him tonight."

As if I had told her about something she didn't know. "Ah…. I didn't know about it either. Just found out about it last night. The man has a weird habit of walking in sleep." As I told her, he burst out with a loud laugh as if it was meant to be a joke. No matter if it really was or not. But in my heart, I was praising myself for telling her this and got to see her beautiful smile as a reward.
