The cover depicted a drawing of a werewolf, a vampire, and witch, in a savage position, poised to attack a helpless human sprawled at their feet. A red danger sign was crossed over the three supernatural creatures, with the caption "The Imminent Threat of Non-Human Entities - A fight for the preservation of Mankind" written boldly on top of it.

After I got it I pulled out a chair and sat in front of the table near it by the window. There was some spark that flowed through my being. I wasted no more time and I opened the book, but my torn eyebrows met its pages, even if I looked over and over I could not read anything, until I got to the back of the book and there was I noticed a very small letter.

Chris noticed the shocked expressions coming from Francis. “What are you reading there that’s so interesting?” Chris asked. “Here, see for yourself. Look at the project overview, then look at the last page,” said Francis, handing Chris the file behind his back. Chris looked at the cover of the file. [Project Humanity’s Last Resort]. Jesse turned his back to Marcus, the bed creaking with his movement and weight. They laid down silently, minutes passing, the wind outside howled violently. I moved to the other book and as I looked through it, I saw that it was about how a human could harbour demonic powers.
