Healing with the monster

Healing with the monster

Chapter 172 is the fire that burns in the dark, steady, unyielding, and impossible to extinguish. Julian tightened the last bolt on the frame with a sharp, resonant CLICK. Yusuf heaved the oilcloth crate onto his shoulder to meet the morning couriers, and Ibrahim stood beside the table as the first light of day filtered through the frost-rimmed grate. The press creaked, the chalk marked the slate, and the fire spread onward into the fog. Where would you like to take Chapter 173 next?

Fire and Ice (The alliance Book 1)

Fire and Ice (The alliance Book 1)

A.N. – Thank you all for your dedication to Fire and Ice, the story from here on out will include chapters from the POV of both Roman and Amber, the next few chapters will be Ambers entirely as we get to know her better and finally learn all about what has been going on between her and the Beta, but don’t worry, we haven’t heard the last of Tristan and Cali just yet. I hope you enjoy, L.M.Nokes xx Amber

you know it's really disheartening to purchase the chapters of a book and find it's not finished and has not had an update in months. I believe that as customers, we should be reimbursed if the author is no longer going to update the story and finish it. I am very disappointed.
Amy Glinski
Loving this story! Lots of twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat. The author did have some issues updating for a month or so, but we all have IRL issues. Glad she is back! Can’t wait to see where she will lead us next!

My Alpha's Betrayal: Burning In The Flames Of His Vengeance

My Alpha's Betrayal: Burning In The Flames Of His Vengeance

Now that it was over… it felt surreal, and despite the fire that still burned in places, the bodies that littered the city grounds and the lasting effect this would leave on us were heavy in my mind. I knew that when dawn came, it would be a new start. A new reign, where equality, justice, and compassion prevailed. I reached the wall, seeing the damage and the huge fire that Ariella was trying to put out. It was beginning to spread despite the rain and her powers. Flames created by magic… I raised my own hands, my aura raging around me. Readying myself to put the fire out. "Queen Yileyna." I turned to see none other than the sea emperor standing there, his eyebrow raised as he looked at the

This was a bit of a hard read with all the dark scenes but I love the world-building and the complexities of the many different characters in this story. Many may hate the male lead, but, i think, it’s one of the most beautifully written character arcs I’ve read. Loving this author more and more.

Search for the Three Drops of Blood

Search for the Three Drops of Blood

“They’ll burn you to ashes... I’m sorry... Really and really sorry...” smirked Virando intensely cynically. Virando swung his hand again. The seven rainbow candles met one another in the center point. They created such a hugely as well as massively blazing flame. The flame soon burnt the soldiers, fighters as well as generals from West Medicine Land to dark grey ashes. “Aaaarrgggghhhkkk!!!” All the soldiers’, generals’ as well as fighters’ tenor eight-octave squealing and squeaking were audible first before all of them were finally burnt to their quietuses, merely leaving their dark grey ashes.

Blessings of The Sun

“It’s not!” The flame suddenly stayed still, raging as if it’s fighting with itself. “I’m your rightfully master, you idiot!” Sierra screamed to the fire. As if it could understand her, the flame stopped, then danced like it was bowing down to Sierra. With a one deep exhale, the circle went bigger and in a short time, it exploded, burning the surrounding mercilessly, including the soldiers. Gray couldn’t see it all because the light was so bright, yet so hot. All he could hear was screaming as they’re melted down.

The Two Kings and the Lost Elder

The Two Kings and the Lost Elder

He desperately tried getting away from the flames, but it did no good; the king's grip was too tight. Roman screamed and began crying, pushing against the vampire's chest. Tears ran down his face, and he screamed when the flames began engulfing his legs. Before he knew it, flames were everywhere, surrounding his body. He fought as hard as he could, but it was useless. He dropped his face against the vampire and gave in, allowing the flames to consume him. The heat was intense; it danced along his skin. He slowly pulled his head back, little hiccups escaping him. He sniffled and was confused when the flames didn't hurt.

Ferrahs Alpha Mate

Ferrahs Alpha Mate

A figure steps though the flames, his eyes black and locked on me. I keep chanting as the bed I’m standing on fades away and I’m floating in a ball of fire and flames. “This is a most dazzling trick my love” the man who’s soon to perish says with a slither in his voice. The sky turns dark and the flames die down just enough and I see Carter held by Cornelius by the silver chain around his neck. Carters eyes are duel in contrast to they’re usual vibrant color. “Baby” he whispers. I feel myself lower and the heat from the flames start to cool as I watch Carters eyes close.

thorned called out, "come forward and hold her." Elijah was at my side in a moment. I was not sure how he passed through all those flames, but at that moment I didn't ask any questions. Elijah was clinging to me, keeping me from spazzing out. "she's slipping!" I heard Elijah yell. "not yet!" Thorne hissed, "just a moment more." The flames rose higher, and our sizzling blood burst into more flames. I cried out, both in agony and defiance, and then suddenly, I watched as runes broke out in front of me.

Flames of Betrayal

My body felt like it was rusted solid, but I clenched Nicole's hand tighter. From then on, we only had each other. I locked eyes with Simon one last time, finding nothing but emptiness. "I'm sorry for the trouble," I said to the onlookers. I nodded politely, straightened up, and walked out with slow, measured steps. Nicole did not fight me then. Instead, she whispered, "Mom, what about our stuff?" I shook my head and said, "Let's pretend it all went up in flames." Options were slim in the middle of the night, so I booked us into a motel.

THE SILVER LINING

THE SILVER LINING

Ablaze. Ignatius leaped forward. "Krishna—!" But she did not see him. Her eyes were fixed on the flames. Because in the fire—she saw him. Miyal. Captive. Chained by chains of darkness. His eyes empty, his voice stilled. But something within him was shattering. And something within her was responding. She heard it—like a voice over an endless, fiery expanse: "The fire remembered who it once guarded." And with it came a memory—stinging and painful.
