He stared at me and then burst into laughter, surprising the hell out of me. “Are you serious? Why would I send you flowers?” I shrugged. “I don't know. Maybe to impress me?” I was joking, but somehow it felt real. Logan looked at me again and burst into another round of humorless laughter, the kind that was meant to hide a lot of feelings rather than express them.

And it was getting annoying. “Hehehe, yeah, I’d also love to know what’s funny.” I said fuming, and he stopped to look at me. "Chill, babe, it’s not even that serious.” He said, still laughing. When he saw from my eyes that I wasn’t joking about this and I wanted to know what was so funny, he gradually stopped.

I mumbled and the table cracked up laughing again. Grrrrr. It was not that funny, ok ? Ughh.
