My eyes hover on the stature of my mom as she greets everybody, especially the Queen of the north - her best friend since she was a kid and her son. Jayden Daniels is the most eligible bachelor in all the directions. With his looks chiseled as the sculpture of a Greek god, and mischief in those grey eyes he might seem dumb. But his brain works like a whip, and he carries the power of ten horses. His dark golden brown hairs are pulled away from his chiseled face, exposing the jawline that flexes as he smiles. The sheer white V- neck shirt pulled around his chest, highlights his tight muscles, violet veins run down his arms, as dark brown pants flow against his leg.

"Yes, Lexia. I need a partner to control an army of mine. I saw your leadership skills, and I think you're fully capable of leading my people." The words he is telling me have completely wiped away any sense of control I was able to salvage over the past ten minutes. I can hardly breathe even, as he stares at me with a soothing look in his eyes I'm definitely not used to. "You're kidding?" I sputter. He has to be. "No. Kaden recommended me to you himself. He tells me you're incredibly capable of leading an entire army yourself. I hope you will consider my proposal with an open mind," Grayson says.

CALLUM Jayden, the only guy in our group who isn't afraid to speak his mind even when being stared at by three females. I tell the boy who is around 15 or 16. “Yes sir.” He said turning around and walking off in to the house. “Zayden so good to see you!” Jaxon said. “Feels like ages.” He puts his hand out for me to shake then does the same with Grey. “This is my Delta Grey. I had to leave my Beta and Gamma behind.” “That’s perfectly all right. Do we want to go ahead and get to it since it’s just the three of us?” Jaxon asked.

“You don’t have sympathy. You don’t have feelings. You’re a monster without feelings, and you know it. You never feel things for people. So whatever this is, you’re probably about to beat someone up, and I won’t have that.” Her voice sharpened. “Kai’s father is a public figure.” Jaden rolled his eyes. “I’m not going to beat him up. What am I, a thug? The mafia? A gangster?” He laughed once. “Why are you talking like I am?” “Because you look psychotic,” Avery shot back. “And people already think you’re part of some secret mafia or something.” “Relax,” Jaden said. “I’m staying low. I’m just coming to school. It’s our final year. I can’t fail. I want Harvard. I’m keeping my record clean.”

“Yeah, that’s Logan Carter.” There was a round of Oh's and ahs from the group at the window. I heard my phone buzz on the table with a notification. I closed my laptop down and grabbed my things. A lot of the office stayed at the window watching as I exited. I must admit they were correct; he looked exceptional. He was wearing dark jeans, a crisp white T-shirt and a black leather jacket. He was leaning against the bonnet of a car I didn’t recognise.
