Today's happenings, words, events, actions and everything, they hit me like a ton of bricks and soon, I'm out into the darkness, welcoming my much needed sleep. I know i haven't been asleep for that long when the jumpy five year old beside me starts to quickly and frantically shake my body and I jolt up, shocked and confused at the suddenness of everything. My heart beat increased so I have to place my hand on my chest to calm myself back down while I quietly exhale and stare down at the child. His big green, glassy eyes stare up at me, pleadingly and I frown, what could be wrong? “What's wrong, baby?” I ask, touching his face after seconds.

Suddenly her forehead furrowed hard and she jolted out of her sleep, giving a terrified yelp. It took her a moment to realize where she was, her heart pounded fast against her chest. She gripped her hair, slowly taking deep breathes to calm her nerves. She hasn’t had the nightmare in a long time, this time she could not help but tremble. After a second, Katrina tried to get up but her leg pulled her back to the bed. She tried again, grunting silently at the slight pains. The door of her room opened just as she managed to stand up and Jace strode in. She stared with a surprised gaze till he got to her, she blinked before asking.

I was afraid that if I let the thought slip into my brain, it would happen in reality! And another thing that bothered me was while she was asleep, I saw a few times when her pulse and heartbeat would stop all of a sudden, but before I could react, they were back again. As if my eyes only tricked me. I am still worried and uneasy--- afraid of the unknown...

Groggy from the effects of the meds I took hours ago as I slide it off and try to get my bearings. I am unsure why I woke, as I was not even dreaming, and I feel completely odd in a sort of disconnected almost drunk way; which I presume is cough med related rather than sickness. Pushing it on to my bedside table as I feel around with shaking hands. I roll to my side to try and drift back off, but a little noise in the next room pricks up my attention. I watch him sit up on the bed looking at me like I have grown two heads. "Who are you? And….. what are you doing in my bed?" I ask him quickly and stammer a bit. Because of the hangover, my brain is hazy now. I can't collect anything about this guy. But, My heartbeat is fast. Beating ten times faster than its normal speed. I'm feeling like I'm going to get a heart attack soon. Why is it acting like this? What happens to my heart? I watch him shuffle off the bed and walk in my direction.

So | stalked out of the kitchen before he could say anything else. There was a staircase leading up so | climbed up to the second floor. It was less crowded, yes, but the ground vibrated from the music and drunk girls and guys spilled out of the bathrooms halfway falling down. | spotted a room down the hall and knocked to see if anyone was in there, though | doubted they could hear me through the loud music currently making my ears bleed. Twisting the knob, | opened the door and shut it quickly behind me and locking it. But when | turned around in the dim lighting, | was shocked to see two people in the bed.

On Thursday, In the morning, Nandini woke up with jerk, she was feeling restless since last night, her lungs were hammering against her chest cavity even she slept being consious of her surroundings and that was first time for sleepy head like her that's why she couldn't sleep properly. In the early morning she slept peacefully but again woke up in the morning with a jerk as she saw dream which she instantly forgot after waking up but it made her sweaty and her heart was gripped with certain fear because she is feeling being stalked by someone from last two days nd she don't know if it's real or it's just her imagination. Holding her while she cried. She ended up crying herself to sleep and I ended up falling asleep next to her. Her heart rate monitor was actually soothing. Listening to how calm it was when she was asleep. Except when it would start to spike. Her heart rate would start racing while she was asleep but she wasn't moving. A nurse came in to check on her and she was looking at it weird. Thinking that it was malfunctioning.
