Joshua Graham Bible Quotes Novels & Stories

Josh walked up first, his face serious yet showing a hint of nervousness. "Good evening, everyone," he began. "First of all, I want to thank everyone for being here tonight. Honestly, I don’t really know what to say. I’ve never been one to talk much, but… I’m just really thankful. Thankful for my parents, for my friends, for my family. All of this is for you. And I guess I’m just really grateful for everything that I’ve learned along the way." A round of applause greeted Josh's words, and he gave a meaningful smile to Amy and Zack.

“Joshua, I love you.” Then the words that she said a few days ago came haunting him. He squeezed his eyes shut and clenched his fists even tighter. “Don’t be a fool. Don’t be like your uncle. Don’t be like him. Don’t die for a woman who doesn’t love you,” he thought. Joshua unclenched his fists.

“Wake up, my boy, don't die on us. We need you; we can't lose you also.” Joshua sees how happy his brother is running between the butterfly in a massive grass field. As he walks closer, he sees his brother fit and running. His baby bro takes his hand and walks with him as he feels the warmth of his hand, his heart, his mind, everything feels at ease. A sudden warm feeling overcomes him as if he is floating and everything that affected him is now all the better, as if it never existed. His brother whispers, “you need to forgive dad, Joshua.” Joshua suddenly, having calmness, asked, “how am I supposed to forgive him? He abandoned us when we needed him.”

It was next to Joel's. Joshua stood in the middle of the grave. He sighed after looking at Joel and Terry's graves in turn. "I really don't know what to say to you ... Mom," Joshua said. “God, I really call you Mom when I really hate you for the rest of my life.” He sounded very troubled when it came to calling Terry Mom, something that was still really hard for him. "You're gone and we have no good memories at all. It's so weird. Being your son but not looking like the son you wanted."

The soft morning light cast a warm glow on his sharp features as they sat beneath the vast sky. "Because the unfolding of God's words gives light," Samarth explained, "which is essential for our journey. We cannot navigate without clarity, can we? The Word grants understanding to the simple. And Joshua, as a leader, required discernment and wisdom in all his endeavors. After all, he was guiding a nation to the Promised Land."

Like he still existed in the warmth of those memories—sweet, vivid, impossible to forget. Then Josh stepped forward. He stopped right in front of the grave; his gaze fixed on the name carved into the stone. For a few seconds, he said nothing, as if searching for the right words somewhere deep inside himself. “Thank you,” he said at last, his voice quiet. Everyone turned. “For being part of my life,” he continued. “I don’t know if I ever told you this… but you were an amazing father.” Grace looked at him, her eyes softening. “Josh…” she whispered.

"In Jeremiah 30, verse 17, he says he will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the Lord." "Deuteronomy 31:6 also says that we should not be afraid or terrified because of them, because the Lord your God is with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you and according to Mark 10:27, Jesus glanced at them and remarked, 'With man, it is impossible, but not with God' For with God, anything is possible, so why don't you lean on Him? Things may not be going well for you right now, but strive to find peace within yourself and you will enjoy your time here on Earth."

"I just want to make sure; is He with me?" "Every time, daughter. You remember His Word? In Isaiah, God says, 'So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.' The Lord is with you every time, as king David says in Psalms, 'He's our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.' The Lord will never leave your side as He promised in Isaiah once again, 'When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. For I am the Lord your God, the

She handed it to me and I saw a silver necklace that had a cross pendant and seemed and there was something engraved on its back, that was hard for me to read as it was already dark outside and the only light was the lampposts. "It was your life verse. I knew that all of your sneakers are having that verse." I smiled as I heard it from her. I mean, I did not know that she was aware of that. All of my sneakers have 'Joshua 1:9' as it was the bible verse Mom used to remind me when I was young up until now. "Thanks, Xincere." I saw a genial smile flash on her face before she waved goodbye. "It was a day well-spent with you, Zac. Drive carefully. God bless." She never failed to make my days extr

"We continue to study what the Bible says about Jesus Christ. In Mark 11:24, Jesus says, 'Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will all be yours.' Ptr Kris read from the bible, adding, "In Luke 10:3, "Go, I am sending you out like lambs among wolves." Let's also look at verse 18,'I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.' Verse 19,'I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemies; nothing will harm you." “Verse 20 says, ‘However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your name is written in heaven.’ “Ptr Kris continues, "This is the Word of God."
