"How do I look?" Paulit-ulit kong isina-sayaw ang mahaba kong silk skirt. Floral ito na may kulay rose pink at blue na mga bulaklak at puti ang buong tela. Umaabot ito hanggang ankles ko. Sa pang-itaas ko naman ay beige tube corset na yumayakap sa kurba ng dibdib at bewang ko. Inangat ko ang mga kamay ko at napangiti nang makitang bumagay ang white see-through silk gloves ko sa silver beige necklace ko. Itinago ko sa likod ng tenga ko ang hibla ng buhok ko.

I honestly did not expect that sort of nerdy look would look good on guys but Kevin was able to pull it off perfectly. As for me, I am representing the MEH, students. MEH as in the never mind students who don't really have a specific fashion thing going on but want to look decent and human at the same time. A quarter-sleeved see-through polo shirt with 5 different colors. The right side of the shirt is purple while the sleeves are a dirty mint color. The left side is pastel pink with it's sleeves colored nude. At the ends of the sleeves - I think those are called cuffs? - are colored white.

The white leggings that accompanied it were also linen with a lightweight feeling. Everything fit perfectly. I walked out of the bathroom after putting my unwashed hair into a single French braid to pull it out of my face. Cain had changed, now wearing a white tunic-style top with jeans.

We got a message just now.” “A message?” Kain moved over to his closet and opened it, pulling out the first pants he saw and a white dress shirt. He slipped them on quickly as he ran a hand through his hair, fixing the messy strands. “From who?” He grabbed a scent-hiding spray that had been sitting on his bedside table and sprayed it all over, almost emptying the bottle. Then, he took a quick sniff in and scowled. “Fuck.” He cursed.

I flashed him a smile, heading back to whisk myself under the sheets. “Take it wherever you’re going. It’s a protective jade.” He yelled behind me. “Yes, sir!” It was impossible to carry such a stone all around. It had edges that fit up to a hexagon and a weird drawing of a yin-yang symbol, supposedly. The whole school would definitely think I’m some shaman trying to hold the females into some kind of fraternity. I walked past the monochrome-colored tiles, dropping the newspaper collection and the weird-looking stone on the dining table.

He answered his voice now gruff. A tall man almost the same height as White stepped into the room, he wore a black tuxedo and an extra shiny pair of leather black shoes. He was handsome with a long chiseled jaw, gray eyes and a beautiful light caramel hair. He glanced over at me with those gorgeous eyes before looking back at White. "Uncle Lucas!" Kiah said immediately sprinting into his open arms abandoning his father and me. "Hey munchkin," he greeted endearingly but Kiah pouted.

But said nothing. It struck me how deeply I had missed them like I was gone for years without seeing them though it was not even a day we didn't see each other. As my eyes shifted from their eyes to their garment, I noticed the simplicity of their choice of clothing. Kallum wore a plain red T-shirt, while Kazimir chose a white one. The contrasting colors mirrored their distinct personalities, with Kallum's vibrant red representing his relaxed personality and Kazimir's fair white reflecting his calm and composed nature.

That’s when he saw him. Kain was standing at the other side of the room, near the desk, sorting through papers in neat, precise movements. He wasn’t in his usual suits. Today he wore a plain black T-shirt that clung too well to his frame and low-slung pants that looked indecent on someone who carried authority like gravity.
