I saw how my stepmom step back too hugging my dad. “I told you,” dad said with fear written all over his eyes. They look like they are fearing some demon. “She is just crazy,” my stepmom insisted trying to look as calm as possible. “Are you scared of him?” I asked trying not to look at their eyes that much or they’ll hit me again. They didn’t give me an answer and just left me there. I look at Angelo, his eyes looked different. It’s like a burning fire, ready to kill someone. They are so dark like a demon living in hell.

Childern also scattered here and there out of fear. "Are you serious." he spoke rubbing his elbow which just got hurt by the iron bars. "I am sorry..." I rushed towards him and picked his hand to check for injury. "Hope so you are not much hurt." I was quite concerned but then he splashed a smile at my face making me fume with anger and I got to remember that this person just few seconds back tried to kiss me. kiss me for real. "Stop" ..."stop smiling" ....I spoke in an enraged voice.

Steady. Rising and falling with the practiced precision of a commander born to lead armies. Not soft Orion. Not the Orion who brushed hair from my face. Not the Orion who whispered reassurances at dawn. This was the Luna. The one the pack looked to when the world shook. I began to ramble watching as that entire scene played out in my mind but to hear the words that were spoke, Leo only growled even deeper and pulled me closer. “I have heard people call me those names so many times but for some reason, the moment he began to say those names, the deepest and rawest anger I have ever felt just started to pour through me and in one swift movement, I managed to pick him up by the neck and throw him out of the window!” I exclaimed in pure shock retelling the story while Leo, only sat back replacing the anger filled looked with a smile as he watched me.

Leo spat at me causing me to squint my eyes. I chuckled, taking a few more steps closer, my eyes beaming red. “Then watch me,” I growled, letting the words slip through my teeth like a deadly warning. “Watch me rise with everything you tried to keep from me.” Leo slammed his fists against the bars as I turned to leave. “COWARD!” he bellowed. “I’ll rip your throat out with my bare hands, you traitor! You’ll regret this! I swear!” He yelled at me, but I paid no attention.

Leo was labeled cruel, stone- heart, deadly - yeah, he can be this sometimes but with an enemy. As much as Leo didn't give a fuck how his people saw him, it still didn't erase the fact that he sometimes wished that they could see him as his true self. But then, you just can’t prove anything to people who already have hatred for you. Nothing about you would ever make sense to them. I arrived at the compound of the club, wheeling in like a fuckinh dick head. The club was already running. Whatever I was gonna do, shouldn't fucking affect the customers. Picking up my silver whip from the backseat of the car, I jumped out of the car.

He stepped closer, his frame towering over her, every muscle tense with barely-contained frustration. “I get it. I understand you’re angry because I didn’t tell you everything. Maybe I should have told you, but I apologized, and I meant it. That's the end of it!” They stood there, staring each other down, their breaths harsh and uneven in the charged silence. The slight tremor in her gaze stilled him; he could feel the intensity of his own anger ebbing as he took a deep breath to regain control. The look on her face was enough to make Leo stop talking for a while. Just enough for him to bring his voice under control and stop yelling,

"whatever" A sharp scream distracted us. My wolf leaped out immediately and began to tear them apart. The leader was trying to brand the children. He was about nicking them with a sharp knife when the younger girl let out a scream and Angel took over. she couldn't bare to stand by and watch them mutilated. She attacked the leader first, tearing him apart by surprise. the other four rogues was about to pounce on me when angel went all fury. Raining punches and kicks at every corner. She tore one with her sharp claws by his neck which left him bleeding to death. Another one she pushed him backwards with a mighty force that he hit a tree and died. She didn't stop until everyone of them was dead

Leo: I’m sorry for the way I acted today. I know you were just trying to help out. I am very grateful for your kindness. I’m just not used to people helping me. I am always cautious of the people I let into my life. That’s not an excuse for my behavhior though. Sorry. I hit send not hopeful she’s reply to my text. I wouldn’t blame her if she didn’t. I was out of line. I can’t say I’m not glad she drove us home. I don’t have to rush to get everything done; I can relax and do all my chores, get the kids fed and prepare to go to work. I don’t feel tired like I usually am.

“Jeremiah’s dead, Leo. “My king has gotten the Blade Enthusiast on our side. Who do you have on your corner now?” Amid the pin-drop silence, Angel’s arrogant voice echoed across the room. The people of Lefteria Group and Miru scowled. Leo’s blood ran cold. “You played me, Angel!” Leo gave Angel the death stare. Angel responded with a menacing smile, “You have all the makings to have a successful career in the underworld. You’re cruel, ungrateful, and ruthless, but you’re green to know better.” The conversation between Leo and Angel confused the crowd.
