he sighed. “ You know I do.” Cole walked off closing the door behind him. Turstin began to ask himself questions as he walked to answer his father's call, Turstin couldn't help but wonder why his father was calling and he hoped and prayed to the moon goddess that the great sage had not found out about the Human. Tustin's heart trembled at the fact that a werewolf can sense every other creature except humans unless he was in his wolf form. A pool of questions swirls through his head as he makes his way to the throne room.

As I closed the distance, the smell of decay blew my way, and I felt the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Whoever was on our land was close. Just as I was about to grab Maddie, a scrawny and sickly wolf skidded around the house, foam dripping from its muzzle. My eyes burned as I felt my beast come forward, needing to protect our baby. Maddie stumbled with surprise as I jumped over her head, shifting mid-air into my wolf and colliding with the rogue. I could hear her crying behind me as I bit and clawed at the intruder.

Dean’s POV continued- The cells are usually kept pretty dark. Since the wolves have better night vision it’s not a problem for them, but when we turn the bright spot lights on it sure makes it a lot worse for them too. We keep the observation area dark so the rogue can’t see everyone in the room. I decided not to tell Alec and Zander because, well, I still wanted to have a little fun. We got to the interrogation area and I held up a hand so they knew to hold back a bit, then I gave the signal for the lights. The flinching and barely audibly cursing coming from the wolves? Worth it. It took a second for them to recover and I tried my best to hide my smirk as Alec looked at me.

Lucas and I follow suit and we walk toward one another. The other wolves are both male and they look at Lucas while the leader speaks, “Beta, why are you on our lands?” Lucas talks with confidence, “Good evening, Alpha Mock. My pack member and I are looking for the Zobs. They are in your lands and attacked us yesterday.” Alpha Mock looks at the man with him, “Yes, we managed to get them off our lands. They are now back on Hail Wire lands. Why would you look for them?” Lucas looks at me, but I say nothing. I don’t know what to say when it comes to Werewolf matters.

I repeated my grandfather's question since he was just sitting on the floor, saying nothing. “I don’t know. They broke into the mansion in their wolf form and ambushed us. But their attack didn't last long and when I got to Skylar's room, I saw two wolves running out of it. The other looked like a normal gamma, but the one behind it was a huge wolf with black thick fur and blood-red eyes...” Loki finally replied, his voice shaking with every sentence he uttered. The moment he said those last words, I got a flashback, the image of Nero’s wolf, standing there, staring at me with its blood-red eyes, and I grabbed my head, clenching my teeth as I squeezed my eyes shut as hard as I possibly could

Harvey’s POV As soon as I saw those assholes hands on Nova Echo immediately took over. Neither of us was happy about anyone touching Nova, especially with harmful intent. But it was more intense for Echo. While I may still have my reservations about her being half Hunter, that were even stronger now that I saw she uses their weapons, Echo was different. Echo is a wolf not a human. Therefore to him it doesn’t matter what kind of creature she is. All that matters to him is that Nova is his Mate and someone tried to harm his Mate.

I pop open my eyes and look at the edge of the woods. I see a wolf standing about twenty feet from me and it feels like it is looking at me. This one is different from the one I saw yesterday. This one has milk chocolate fur. I stand up but instead of backing up slowly and going into the house like a smart person would do I talk to it. “ Hey there, handsome. You startled me. Where did you come from?” He tilts his head and has his tongue hanging out and his ears pinned back. He looks goofy and I can’t help but giggle.

They don't want me to have a pet, they'll flip if they find out I'm living with a wolf now. After running a thousand questions in my mind I went to the kitchen. Lupus is on the couch. Out of curiosity I turned the TV on. I was watching a Kdrama before. Right after seeing people on the screen he started barking like crazy then ran towards the TV. He headbutted it causing it to crack then fall onto the floor. "Hey, what's wrong with you?! It's just a TV." He literally just destroyed my TV. I sighed "I'm just gonna guess and say you're afraid of people. But why aren't you afraid of me though?"
