Quagmire

Quagmire

she laughed nervously "twenty is Grown" Dante said Sternly, trying to warn her to shut up, she didn't pay heed, he wasn't the one to get married, she was. "To you, to me it's not" she smiled at him "bellissima" her mother mouthed and she moved her eyes away. She looked at her mother again and saw the worry in her eyes "I think twenty is quite grown" Alice spoke, trying to make her realise, she was making a mistake going against her father's words.

Seaside Pictures

Ugh, drowning never looked so awesome and appealing, and I had a very serious fear of sharks. Instead, I pressed my hands on the cement ledge and heaved myself over it. My strength wasn't all there, so basically I flailed over the ledge, and landed on my ass peering up at Zane, much like the day before. "And so we meet again." He swept his hand out in front of me. "Do this often?" "She's very accident prone," Maggie said in a sweet voice behind him. "Some would say, she needs a good knight in shining armor."

On the Origin of Humanity

On the Origin of Humanity

"You shouldn't say things like that." Mayette exhaled, but she was still beaming, and I had the idea this was a conversation they'd had before. "I realize it's a bad term. Please accept my apologies, Margarette. Are you willing to forgive me?" Margarette squeezed her pudgy little face a bit higher, debating whether or not she should forgive Mayette. She nodded after a moment of thought, her golden locks bouncing furiously. "It's fine. Simply put, don't do that again."

The Rising Luna and her Alpha mates

The Rising Luna and her Alpha mates

“Let us not worry about which child eats what. It hardly matters. They’re women who have their wolves already. I’m sure food is the least of their problems. You’ve come here all the way from Silver Moon pack; please let us resume our festivities.” At his Alpha command, the orchestra resumed its music, and the officials turned away. With the attention away from us, Maggie grabbed my wrist tightly. She was trembling, her face completely red. “You knew, didn’t you!” She spat angrily. “You planned to embarrass me!” She was shaking, her eyes shiny with tears. My heart twinged, and I felt a bit sorry for her. I was going to apologize when Mina’s irritated voice came from behind Maggie. “Oh, please

The Fae Serenade.

The Fae Serenade.

“I saw him threaten to defile your dead body, and it gave me a flashback to my time as a slave in the Kingdom of Eris.” “You were a… slave? How old are you?” Maggi turns to look at me. She's still smiling as she speaks. “I'm 99 years old now,” she doesn't look her age at all. “And I was a slave in Eris, even forced into labouring on building their walls when I was merely a child— that's more reason why I can't let people such as Kane be allowed to live in Māui. We can't nurture what we fought against. That would be hypocrisy. And Sven also wanted to have him killed, so I told him to leave it to me.”

Second Chance for the Barren Luna

Second Chance for the Barren Luna(His Fated Princess)

I slammed my fist onto the desk. Maggie jerked back with a small gasp. “Alpha, what happened?” I held the letter up. “Is this what you call no issues?” I threw the letter at her. Maggie picked it up. Her eyes scanned the page, and the color drained from her face. “This is a trap. You know it is, Alpha,” Maggie said. Her hands trembled as she reached for my hand, but I jerked away from her. “Please, do not go.”

Wonderful, amazing story lines! I work in editing and some of the stories could use some touch ups and spelling/grammar fixes, but the storylines, characters, and writing are brilliant. Reach out if you’d ever like to consider having them read over for edits and corrections ... love your books!

Mistake With Mr Arrogant

Mistake With Mr Arrogant

, I said busting out in tears because I didn't understand the present situation I was in. I have a stressful day at work and I come back to see my house empty. "Oh dear, I really don't know what you are talking about", Mama Maggie said. I could see the waves in her forehead as they squeezed, her cheeks sag more than usual in pity. Mama Maggie is an old gray haired lady in her late 60s. Her back is slightly hunched due to old age, and she also has this brown long stick that aids in her walk and to scold her grand children when they come to visit. Her walking pace is usually slow and only the patient once can wait on her. She looks much younger from afar until she is at arms length.

he murmured, “bad idea.” Daniel ignored him. “You don’t want this,” Daniel said to Margaux. Margaux’s eyes sharpened. “No?” “No.” He gestured subtly toward the chaos spreading through the house. Sirens. Security teams moving somewhere deeper inside. “You’ve already lost control of the situation.” Margaux studied him. Then smiled again. “You still misunderstand something fundamental about me.” Her gaze flicked to the guards. They cocked their weapons. “I don’t lose control,” she said softly.

he replied as he continued to brush his hair leaving Maggie standing outside. “That’s it? Aren’t you going to apologize to me as well and I am not your maid that can be dismissed” she stated furiously. She felt embarrassed that she even came to apologize to a jerk that was in the wrong. What was the point of apologizing to a selfish person like him? He ignored her and shut his door on her face. Maggie regretted coming to apologize. She made up her mind to avoid him in the future even though she knew it would be tough since they now live in the same house.

Mismatched

Mismatched

Aminah Ndaliman
The duchess rambled on and on about how her only martins left her. Alice made her face into a scowl; if her father left them then it has nothing to do with them. He must have his reasons for that so there is no way she would stay and someone will blame her for that. “But we have spoken about this countless time, him leaving has nothing to do with me. And I am mature enough to know what is good for me granny.” Alice regretted when she let the word granny out of her mouth.
