A Crown Cut with Salt

A Crown Cut with Salt

"Bruise three points port. He'll favour the milk, and we'll read the rim." We slid along the safer edge, our keel a whisper. Nightjar angled into open water, relieved to stop pretending to be a river. When she found honest sea under her, she breathed, a small looseness in her lines, a swagger she couldn't help. "There," Jas said softly, pointing starboard. A smudge where the horizon should have been a straight knife, low, flat, a dark breadcrumb from a world that eats ships: a cay, uncharted because no one wanted to put their name on a promise sand can break.

Love In Lust Series #1: Aivan Warren Flair (English)

Love In Lust Series #1: Aivan Warren Flair (English)

------ We did enjoy our first destination which is at the White Beach in Boracay. As in the sea made us feel relieved and also the surroundings. We enjoyed more the games we did and we even did bonfire every night. It was only there that I tried marshmallows that were sifted over fire. I didn't know it's delicious, well as long as it doesn't get burn. Then after Boracay we went to Bohol. Adam was even amazed and he really got amazed in the Chocolate Hills. Then we went back to Manila for Baby Terenz's birthday.

Revenge of the Billionaire's Wife

Kenji replied. "Hey! I don't know. What?" Haruko replied giving up. "Hahaha! They both came from POET." Nikolai said. His brothers and father almost burst out laughing. "How can you divide the sea in two?" Kenji asked. "What?" Haruko asked curiously. "Edi Use a SEASAW!" Kenji replied. "Me too! Guess where the dogs leave their cars..." Haruko asked. "I know that, it's in the BARKING LOT!" Nikolai said. Haruko nodded while grinning.

My Sister's Keeper

My Sister's Keeper

Sea gulls gathered overhead just out of reach and pelicans sailed in dropping quietly onto the water around the boat. Fifteen minutes later I was underway again without the ski mask. As I moved into the mouth of the Cape Fear, the channel got wider and the seas got rougher. The boat banged hard against the waves and sprayed seawater into the boat as I dodged large fishing vessels heading out to sea and cargo freighters heading for the State Port at Wilmington.

I Will

I Will

I'm already tired It was already nearing night time when we left Kalakhaan Island. I almost sunburned my skin swimming on both sides of the islet. The seawater itself was warm. It's scary to go further from the land. I feel like there's some kind of sea monster that will pull me down the sea. I always cringe every time I think about the sea snakes on the rocks. I imagined it crawling on my feet. It made me shiver.

Coronation Of A Disaster

Coronation Of A Disaster

The Black Tower. It was a tiny speck of rock miles off the northern coast, a jagged tooth of black stone sticking out of the ocean like a middle finger to the rest of the world. Surrounding it were treacherous currents that turned the water into a giant washing machine. It was the kind of place you put things you never wanted to see again. "It’s a natural fortress," Armano said, peering over my shoulder. "The currents around that island are impossible to navigate by boat. The waves crash against the cliffs with enough force to crush a submarine. That’s why they call it the Graveyard of Ships."

The Unwanted Queen, Rejected by The King Alpha Lycan

The Unwanted Queen, Rejected by The King Alpha Lycan

I have to be able to control my feelings for other women because the Moon Goddess could play with us again. "King Alpha, the police are at the edge of the border, they can't enter because they are blocked by the mirage of the open sea." That's why people don't think that the sea they see is just an illusion of technology. There has been a ban on approaching the sea because the waves are big all the time and never calm. None of them ever wanted to go near the beach for fear of being swept away by the waves. They are also not interested in the beach.

Shifter King

Shifter King

We wait. It's still dark when the ocean ripples beneath the surface. The hoard moves toward us, their waterlogged bodies uglier than usual. Some have moss hanging from their twisted limbs; others are chewed on by the ocean's version of monsters. They move almost in unison as they lunge to shore. When they hit the beach, with no water to slow them down, they pick up speed. Marinah clicks her radio and orders the air attack against the Federation ships. "Ready, baby?" she whispers beside me.

The Ascension

The Ascension

Likewise, this was also the reason that he advised the old man to do the same. The incident last week was enough for the old man as a motivation. Ley thought that there was no need to say anything else. ... The next day came and Fernando showed to Ley the fruits of his labor for the past few days. "The island is now surrounded by vultures above. The waters are also dangerous enough with large sharks and other lethal creatures roaming around. What do you think?" Just in time, as they stood atop the cliff where the Goddess reportedly took down the invaders, a huge whale jumped out of the waters. Rippling sounds echoed when it vanished from sight, leaving that part of the ocean visibly disturbe

Quite the unique story in this website. I have read until chapter 50, it's a nice fantasy that is also like just a slice of life, at times heavy, at times just like a breath of fresh air. Only problem is the expensive chapters. Good work though.

The Rip

The Rip

The sun hung low over the coast, casting long golden rays across the surf. The beach, once lively with families and surfers, was now deserted. Police signs flapped in the wind, nailed to timber posts driven deep into the sand—warnings of treacherous seas and unconfirmed sightings of something unnatural. The waves hissed and crashed in relentless succession, their rhythm broken only by the occasional gust of wind that sent sprays of saltwater across the dunes.
