Because of how hard the bump was, a bottle of mayonnaise fell from the cart and it exploded on the tiled floor. A woman who was in her fifties gasped then glared at me. My mouth was open and I didn’t know what to say.

Since their store doesn't have an elevator only stairs to go down and to go up, precisely, they would use the stairs since there is no way that they would go down without using the stairs. When they finally arrived at the first floor, the two of them namely, Zenah and Vanessa were shocked to the core when they saw the people who were on the first floor. The first floor is big and wide enough for a hundredth of people so full but that wide and big space that they were referring to was already occupied. The first floor was already full. Ellena walked to the stairs and planned to take the escalator down to the first floor. Just as she stood on the escalator, she heard a crisp sound behind her. The escalator in the mall corresponded to the elevator. Ellena reflexively turned her head and saw a man dressed in black walking out of the elevator towards the escalator. The man in black also saw Ellena. He was wearing a baseball cap. Ellena could not see his expression clearly, but she could feel that he was looking at her.
