I ask "Well broken ribs usually take at least 24 hours and yours seem to be good as new and its been juuust" she looks at her watch "over am hour now, i took some bloods and everything seems fine, i dont know why you heal that quick, but you seem to be blessed, " "Thankyou doctor " "Your welcome, now you should be free to go home whenever you want, just take it easy for a while" "Ok"

There is no voice left until we say goodbye. When Meredith and I are on our way to the parking lot I feel very unwell. The second I see a big sign who says 'Toilet' I run in it and vomit. Meredith follows me and holds my hair back as always. When I'm done she doesn't hesitate to take me to the doctor. After the doctor's appointment, he lets me wait until the results of the tests are coming. Meredith and I didn't tell anybody about it to not make my family worried.

I heard him ask, I didn't really know what or how I was feeling, but nonetheless I nodded and his hand moved to play in my hair. "Even though you're clearly lying, I think what I'm about to tell you will brighten your mood," he added and I opened my eyes turning to look up at him. "What?" I asked confused looking into his eyes. "I made a couple calls and I have this friend, well less of a friend more of a business associate and he has been testing out a treatment plan for cancer, it has been deemed 75% effective after treating approximately 120 persons and I got your dad a spot, you just have to sign th-" He paused his finger moving to my cheek wiping away tears I hadn't realized were fallin

We were just praying he survives. After some hours, a doctor came out to meet us. "Doctor, how is he?" I asked him. "See me in my office please" he said. The three of us followed the doctor to his office. "You see..." He started. "The young man hit his head when he fell. He's in a critical situation. We've tried our best, he'll be resting for some days but when he wakes up, there is possibility that he won't remember anything anymore" he said as I burst in tears.

While the girls chat, I pull it out and check the caller ID. "Shit," I hiss and swipe the bar over. They instantly stop talking and listen. "Connor Mennetti," I answer, picking up the call from St. Alphonsus Hospital. "Mr. Mennetti, this is Dr. Lewis. I'm very sorry to inform you that your father suffered a massive cardiac arrest, and we weren't able to stabilize him. He just passed away." I squeeze my eyes shut. Even though the ventilator had kept him breathing, it didn't keep his heart pumping. For a moment, I'm not sure what to say or how to respond and I look over at Trish. For strength, support, reassurance? I have no idea.

And like that, we were in front of my quarters at the east end of the long walkway. “Let’s get in,” he said. “Wow, a huge flat screen television, and is that a game console?” he asked, with a hint of excitement. “Yeah, it is a Playbox series R pro infinity edition” “What the heck is that!?
