The CEO’s Regret: My Ex-Wife is the Hidden Tycoon

The CEO’s Regret: My Ex-Wife is the Hidden Tycoon

The Architecture of the Winter Lease The middle of the chapter was a stark, emotionally demanding transition from the romantic haze of our liberation to the cruel, un-optimized reality of the changing season. The New Wild was a magnificent draft, but it was a draft written in the northern hemisphere, where the sun was a distant, golden coin that spent less time on the horizon every day.

Betrayal under the wolf’s moon

Betrayal under the wolf’s moon

As the sun dipped slightly lower and the twin trees shimmered in the distance, I placed a hand over the book and closed my eyes. Somewhere, just past the edge of our firelight, destiny was preparing its next move… and I was more than ready. I could barely sleep, but by the time it was morning, I knew for sure that this was the moment I'd been waiting for all along. The sky had turned strange—a deep twilight blue even though the sun was supposed to be rising. I squinted, then I saw it. Two celestial bodies in the sky. The sun and moon, rising together.

Hunting for Midnight

Hunting for Midnight

That thought was quickly tossed aside because if that was the case, the noises I made by kicking in a window aloud with my own cries and outburst from dressing my wounds would undoubtedly have been heard. Curled up between the two chairs with my face barely sticking out of my sleeping bag, my eyelids feel weighted with exhaustion and the comfort of finally being warm. The small LED lantern is in the dimmest mode, sitting on the table beside me casting a soft warm light. I usually sleep best in pitch black darkness, but am not brave or crazy enough to sleep without a light turned on while I'm inside this abandoned building at night. The last thing I remember doing before passing out for the n

Midnight Whispers

He just pissed me off making my blood boil. I prepared a lecture I would give Justin before dropping the ‘you’re in charge’ bit. In the throne room for a second I believed he would mark my neck… The window cast a moonbeam in the hall illuminating the walls. I felt the magic there. The summer Solstice was approaching.

Moonlit Pages

Moonlit Pages

But she did not realize how quickly it could turn into nighttime. "The sun was up just a moment ago," she whispered. "Seconds ago, actually. Why is it slowly turning nighttime already? This is too--" her whole body jolted as a book popped out right in front of her. It glowed, as if inviting Verena to open the pages under the moon that is slowly coming up to its place. "The cursed book," she whispered. "Why the hell is this here? How could this book follow me in my dream?" "Am I draping or is this..."

RISING FROM THE ASHES: The CEO’s Regret

RISING FROM THE ASHES: The CEO’s Regret

#### Jessica’s POV The midnight sun had completely vanished below the horizon of the North Malé Atoll, leaving the Indian Ocean under a vast, velvet sky that was crowded with an absolute, brilliant field of stars. The water beneath our overwater pavilion was completely still, glowing with a soft, bioluminescent blue that mirrored the quiet patterns of the night.

The Eclipse of the Unbroken Luna

The Eclipse of the Unbroken Luna

He was resplendent in his ceremonial attire, his eyes fixed on the horizon where the golden disc of the sun was being slowly, inexorably devoured by the encroaching moon. A collective gasp rippled through the crowd as the world plunged into an eerie, midday darkness. It was a premature night; stars blinked into existence, shivering in the sudden, biting cold. To the superstitious, it was a terrifying omen of divine displeasure, a harbinger of doom. But for Elena, it was simply the elegant mechanics of the universe—a celestial reminder that even in the deepest, most suffocating shadow, the light remained, waiting patiently to return.

THE MIDNIGHT HOWL

THE MIDNIGHT HOWL

////////////////////////////////////////////// POV(FIONA), I walked down straight to the beach in my uniform heading to the serving point, darkness had took over the day and the moon came to light it up, it was a full moon tonight, and it was somewhat special. I smiled at the amazing view of the tents, the tents were arranged with ranks, the first one was for the Alpha, the second for the Beta, the third for the Zeta's, the fourth for the Gammas, the fifth for the delta and I wouldn't call the last one, a rank, but I'll say it anyway, the Omega's tent since it was our serving center, the tents were half filled, and we expected more guests. The higher-ups were clanking their cups of wine whil

Alpha Erik

Alpha Erik

Chapter 45 - Favourite Flower. The partying continued until the early morning. The three moons began to kiss the earth goodnight as the sun rose to kiss it good morning. As we walked back to our room, stinking of sweat, dirt, and fire, I couldn’t help but stop and stare at the sun as it rose into the sky—the clouds, as fluffy as marshmallows, and the sky a unique shade of turquoise. I let out a deep breath. For the first time in months, I felt like I could breathe again. I felt like the world wasn’t trying to drag me to the ground. Though we had new duties in unchartered territory, new challenges and a long life ahead of us, I know we can conquer it all together. For just a moment, life fin

Don’t let the price of the chapters fool you, these are the longest chapters I’ve ever seen. The price is well worth the amount you’re receiving. One of the best books yet, not only does the author do a wonderful job telling the story but also keeps you intrigued the entire time.

Love how this story is written. I have read the entire series and I can say it is a whirlwind of emotions. Alpha Erik is the first of the five book series and it stole my heart from the start. Definitely worth the read! Big chapters too!

Midnight Feast

Midnight Feast

The moonlight faded and was replaced by the bright sun rays radiating through the woods. Zev opened his eyes to the sound of the water rushing by the river and the pleasant breeze blowing the leaves and twigs in the vast forest. He put a hand over his eyes to protect them from the sun. It surprised him to find himself in a strange but somehow familiar place. It was not long ago since he drifted to sleep and waking up suddenly with the night sky gone after just a few minutes was already hard to believe. Zev looked around and saw no one beside him.

Chapter 49 was uploaded twice. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. I didn't know how it happened. I've been uploading new chapters with my phone and I'm kinda not used to it. I've requested it to be deleted now. Again, sorry for the inconvenience

The book is well written and very interesting! However, keep in mind there is no happy ending for now. According to the author, there will be a sequel with a happy end, but it is still not in the app, hopefully soon. Personally, I can't wait about it.
