Mirai Nikki Novels & Stories

I asked as I crawled near my brother to see closer. Her brown eyes and hair were similar to my brother's. "She's Nita; she hatched a few days ago." Tora grinned. "Aw! I want a mini version of Tora, but she's cute. She looked exactly like Brother Orson when he was small," I mumbled. "Right?! She's so adorable!" Tora beamed as she hugged me tightly. "Don't put your weight on Ahri," Macan warned as he pulled Tora away. "You're so stingy, brother! Hmph!" Tora complained.

"Um, I'm Anastasia Sanusi, but call me Ana." "And I'm Kira. It's nice to meet your acquaintance, Ana." "Same here, Kira." I smile, and I can hear the sound of her little giggle. Oh, lord. I might as well just have been driven to an asylum. I can go crazy in here. An AI, giggling? What have I not seen all today? "That's good to know, Ana. Just so you know, I've been waiting to meet you. Nicholas has a lovely way of describing you to me." She voices out all of a sudden, making Nicholas beat his own face in a facepalm.

She swung open the door to the nearest stall and emptied her guts into the toilet. After she washed her mouth out Nikki looked at my through the bathroom mirror. "Mia, that can't be right. I haven't come in contact with anyone new in over a week. If what you're saying is true then someone we know and love has dosed me with dark magic. How could this be happening?" Nikki looked at me helplessly. I pulled her to me in a hug but when I did my charm glowed brightly. Nikki stiffened and pulled out of my embrace.

I can’t accept that. “Help with my sanity. I’m babysitting,” she replies. A light goes off in my head, and I’m dialing a number. “Misssile! Hey baby,” a female shouts. I grunt and shake my head. “Hey Nikki, I need a favor. You know our pack grandma Mags? She lost her phone or left it at a friend’s place maybe. Are you working? Can you pull the number and see if you can trace where it is,” I ask.

I say, trying to introduce some semblance of civility, “This is Nikolaos, my brother.” She hesitates for a moment before managing a weak, “Hello.” Niko tilts his head, a mocking smile playing on his lips. “So, you’re the mysterious ghost from Russia? You certainly don’t resemble anyone significant, especially not someone like Mikhail.” A shadow crossed Anika’s face. The briefest hesitation, the subtlest shift in her posture. It didn’t go unnoticed. Niko leans in close to her, his voice dripping with cruelty. “You know, I took great pleasure in ending that fucker’s life for what he did to my Mia. The way he begged...” He pauses, savoring the memory, “It was music to my ears.”

When he learned that Miru’s Lefteria Group was the supporting factor behind the underground forces of Lilyrose and the neighboring city, he was certain that she was a powerful woman. Miru herself was also the kingpin of Lilyrose and Melrose. She was unlike other women Niko had met before. Therefore, he decided to conquer Miru with a fierce approach, hence suggesting to inspect her company. He could also use the chance to meet her in person. However, Miru did not accept his suggestion at all. If she did not know that meeting with Niko was the only way to give her family a satisfying explanation, she would have hung up the phone based on his attitude alone.

I guess the surprises and stress I'd gotten today were to blame. "I miss you. And don't worry about Krystal," I said before hanging up. I arrived at Nikkie's apartment a few tens of minutes later. Sharon opened the door and immediately took care of the dirty clothes I'd brought. "Miss Nikkie is in her room. She just finished showering," Sharon said as my eyes searched Nikkie's whereabouts. I nodded and followed Nikkie into the room. Nikkie was drying her hair with a hair dryer when I arrived. I put my laptop on the nightstand and took over the hair dryer from Nikkie's hand. I then dried her hair with my own hands.

“Alec.” His eyes flicked to Mira, who offered him a dazzling smile. “Hi, I’m Mira. Kehlani’s best friend, business partner, and all-around protector. Also, the person who will publicly destroy anyone who tries to hurt her.” She tilted her head. “Just putting that out there.” Alec’s lips twitched slightly, but he didn’t rise to the bait. “Noted.” I set my fork down. “What do you want, Alec?”

I questioned. We just met and I didn’t want to start off this way but I wasn’t going to leave her like this hoping things just got better when I could possibly help “Of course she will. I’m here to help her not hinder." He wolf said. “You seem to be an ancient spirit. Who are you Nikkie?” I asked her. “It feels so good to be seen. And for that I will tell you. I am the phoenix spirit. We can talk about it more later. She will spike again soon, sending me into a slumber as well.”
