Pieces of Me

Pieces of Me

“Ok, this way or…. that? I directed her South, away from the Pack territory. She came over and took my hand and we began walking. No, I began walking and she began treasure hunting. She was like a delighted child, inquisitive of everything around her. Laughing and chasing waves just in time to run back before they got to her boots. She had to investigate every pucker and dimple in the sand. She put a few shell pieces and agates in her little bag. Then she found a piece of driftwood that looked pretty. My heart sored just watching her.

The Last Missing Piece

The Last Missing Piece

she said to me, she's aware about my past and situation so I atleast know that she's trying to avoid some things that may remind me of my past which I'm thankful. After discussion, I fixed my things same goes for Lesley and after that we headed out so we could both go home already. While walking through the hallway I noticed that there is something missing in my things so I checked it again and I noticed that my History notebook aren't there. "Hey Lesley, can you wait for a moment, I think I left my History notebook in our classroom, so I'll get it"...I said and she just nod at me so I quickly get back to our classroom.

Finding My Missing Piece

Finding My Missing Piece

I know what I'm doing is wrong, but what she doesn't know won't hurt her, right? The way she limped up the stairs still disturbs me. Kaima was simply careless and I couldn't stop myself from throwing daggers at her with my eyes... she was too occupied to notice, anyway. She sat opposite me on our study table but she was too engrossed and at some intervals too excited to be the same girl who always groans at the sight of her books. Even I wouldn't and I can say for a fact that I love studying, except... I zoomed my sight on the book in her hands. That wasn't her basic technology textbook. It's a novel, one that isn't part of her literature class and the title- 'One night with the playboy'

Fangs: Queen Luna

The surrounding was now bright and from Zane’s position, she could see all the scrolls arranged in a manner where it was labeled according to the day they were written and the contents. “If you step on the 55th tile from the right, then the 60th further there, then lastly the 65th tile. We will find the thing that you are looking for.” Jaine advised then pointed to the tiles she was talking about. “It is a combination, my father taught me all combinations and each combination will show what you are looking for. 55, 60, 65, specifically just for that book.” Zane followed her instructions and as she stood on the last tile, the ground slightly shook, followed by the 71st tile elevating from the

PIECES OF MY PAST.

PIECES OF MY PAST.

The cake he'd surprised me with in the morning before we left to work had brought tears to my eyes and the surprise he was planning for later was uncalled for, really. Kayden had given me a second chance of making everything right and I was not going to screw it up. I was still trying to pick up the pieces of my shattered life and piece them back together, five years later. I may have fallen to the ground but I trusted myself to get up too. "... Isla?" An irritated voice snapped me from my reverie and I turned around to meet Maeve's signature frown. She raked her manicured fingers in her hair which was too blonde to be true and stepped closer, her expensive perfume suffocating me.

The Rejected Alpha

The Rejected Alpha

I quickly flipped through the book and I saw a lot of drawings, so I took my time and opened the first page and I saw a drawing, of a little girl. She looked happy also smiling a wide smile with a front tooth missing. Her hair was shoulder length and she was wearing a cute Minnie dress. I was about to flip to the next page, but then something else in the drawer caught my eye. It was a paper that had two pictures on it and on closer inspection I could see that they were the front and back pages of a passport. There were two of them, photocopied in black and white, one on top and one right under it.

Currently at 124 Chapters 2023 September 6. I heard the book was abandoned but i hope not. The author left a note in chapter 116(?) saying her book was stolen but that she is editing it and finishing it. Fantastic writing style. I hope the author continues.

The Rejected Omega Mate

The Rejected Omega Mate

After a few minutes, I was done packing up everything except for my books so I began to sort them out. I sat on the floor surrounded by my diaries, letters, and novels, trying to pack them all into my bag. It was a daunting task, but I was determined to take everything with me. Each item held a special place in my heart, a piece of my past that I couldn't bear to leave behind. As I reached for the last letter, I froze. It wasn't there. Panic set in as I realized that the letter from Zayn was missing. My heart raced as I frantically searched through my belongings, hoping to find it tucked away somewhere. But it was nowhere to be found.

In Between The Three Alphas

In Between The Three Alphas

Inez slowly opened her eyes, feeling groggy from a night of restless sleep. Her mind immediately went to the book series that Alpha Dorian II had given her, and she began to search for it in the small room she had been given in Alpha Phineas's pack house. As she rummaged through her few belongings, she realized that the books were nowhere to be found. Panic started to set in as she thought of the possibility that Alpha Phineas's mother, who owned the books before, may have taken them away. After all, Alpha Dorian II had mentioned how much she loved the series.

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

Finishing the Puzzle of My Corpse

Finishing the Puzzle of My Corpse

Everyone couldn't help but frown in discomfort. Zack was the only one who seemed like he didn't notice the smell at all, calmly taking the bones and chunks of flesh out of the bag. After a good six hours, he finally stopped to look at Officer Wright. "This is probably the victim's entire body." "Any new findings?" Officer Wright asked anxiously. Hearing this, Zack's expression turned serious. "The victim is missing a kidney." My breath caught upon hearing that I was missing a kidney. I smiled bitterly. It wasn't missing at all—after all, it was inside Zack.
