I said then started to say something again when he immediately cut me off. "I know, I know. I won't be late this time. If possible, I'll be a little bit early." I rolled my eyes before nodding my head in understanding and agreement. "I'll catch you later then." He remarked. "Yeah, sure." "Bye then." The call got disconnected and I fell flat on my back into the soft rugs behind me as a sign slipped out my lips.
