“He isn’t there, he told me to tell you that…wanna keep me company instead? The other guys are in my room…we’re gonna play, wanna join my team?” Quinn wanted to say no, considering the fact that she still wasn’t fond of the game or the controls associated with it, but she nodded her head instead. “Sure…I’ll probably only contribute to you losing though.” “I’m aware of that, big sis…especially since Frederick will also be playing. That goof uses a G3…I hate him.” “Uh…what’s a G3?” “A sniper weapon…mostly used at a far range. I believe it’s best you try it. For a more upgraded armor, I’ll log you in on my old account. I have a lot of upgraded weapons too.”

I try to ignore it, forcing a smile. “Great,” I say, pulling my hand back quickly. I turn away before he sees the flush in my cheeks. This is a game. Just a game. And now, I’m finally playing.

And yet… she couldn’t forget the way his lips had felt, the way her body had betrayed he and--Damn it! Her phone buzzed again. ‘Keep going, honey. Remember all he’s done to you and never forget that your revenge is a must.’ Amira swallowed hard, her pulse hammering in her ears. Three months left. That was all the time she had to play this dangerous game. She turned the phone face down in her lap, forcing her expression into something neutral. The men were still talking about alliances, threats, and all things money-related but their voices blurred in her ears. All she could hear was the echo of Alessandro’s words.

Alpha Leo’s POV She looked at me with confusion in her eyes. She couldn't believe what I said for a moment as her mouth opened and closed on its own. “What… What was the meaning of what you just said? Games and rules? Why would an Alpha play games in his mansion? Are you going to create some gaming stations in the mansion where you and I will be playing games?” She asked, feigning ignorance, but it was clear to me that she knew that wasn't what I meant.

Pat - "No questions, just play. It's 1v1 this time. You will play four games with four different players this time." Jc didn't care, logging his account on the most popular game until now, a team-based strategy game where two teams of five powerful champions face off to destroy the other's base. This game is 'Glory Legends' "Welcome back, Grandpa07!" Pat - "Pffft! Hahaha." Seeing Jc's nickname again, he couldn't contain his laughter anymore. Jc - "Okay, you triggered me now, a thousand for every win, or else I'll just go now."

Tobi said, still staring at me with his forehead creased. Tobi’s mom called me, we moved away from Tobi and his father. “Since your parents are busy and wouldn’t be able to attend to your needs right now. Use this, just in case.” She said and handed me a red capsule with no label in it. “What is this?” I asked. She smiled at me and whispered into my ears. “That is viagra, you know if you need it.” She said and then winked at me. I gasped at what she just said, and immediately put the capsules on my jeans pocket when Tobi came to us.

It was only after he did some checks on the forums and the official website for the game at the start of the second day that he realized that this was something that all players were currently benefitting from. With the update that took place over the weekend, unlocking the first level cap for the game, the game received a new influx of players, which prompted the company behind Immortal Era to give new players an exp buff, allowing them to somewhat close the gap between the first string of players. That being said, the company also gave the senior players an exp buff as well, just that it was much lower in comparison but just enough to keep the senior players satisfied.

As I look up I realise the entire place was watching us again, layla pushes forward growling at them, pushing her aura our as she glares at the crowd “Mind your damn business” She roars, to my surprise they scurry of like little scared mice, drank snorts and laughs as I raise my eyebrow at Layla “Where the fuck did that come from” She smirks, shrugging her shoulders “Don’t know but it worked” “Damn I love her” Ben says grinning at me “She really is amazing” Fiona adds as Ben kisses her cheek, handing her a shot then he looks back at me. “Ok the rules of the game are Luna starts at one end, fiona starts at the other. Whoever drinks the most wins”
