I looked up, and the breath left my lungs. The sky was a deep velvet , and hanging within it were twelve moons. They were arranged in a perfect circle, each one a different shade of silver, pearl, and bone. The pressure here was immense, a heavy, divine gravity that made my bones ache and my ears ring with a high-pitched frequency.
