I asked, changing the subject as I picked up Lloyd’s blanket that had fallen to the floor. “Sure,” Laird nodded. I placed the blanket on the back of the chair and then moved to the nightstand next to the bed. I poured mineral water into a glass and helped Laird to drink. After a few sips, Laird tilted his head back, signaling that he had quenched his thirst. “Whose blanket is that?” Laird asked, looking at the blanket on the chair as I put the glass back on the nightstand. “Oh, Lloyd borrowed it from the nurse.”

Sold. I snicker; I think that this might be part of Jason's gift. As we continue to wander through the store, I find three fleece blankets that I like. One is pink, one is purple and one is blue. The pink one has a giraffe, the purple one has an elephant and the blue one has a monkey. I pick these up too, the price for all three is perfect. For all three, it's only $15.00. I think I've done good in this store, six items for the babies for $21.20.

I had tried to show them how I did it, but they just didn’t get rough enough with them, I guess. I was also starting to get really frustrated with my belly. It was in the way of everything and making me crazy. The only thing it was really good for was holding stuff like stitch markers while I crocheted.
