An Act of Vengeance

An Act of Vengeance

“In Norse mythology, Hati is the name of the wolf that chases the moon. He’s also commonly known as the devourer of the moon or the wolf of the night. The raven of thought is one of the two ravens that brought back knowledge about the world to Odin, the Almighty God in Norse mythology. The raven’s name is Hugin. And his name literally meant ‘thought’ which is where he gets the name of ‘the raven of thought’.” All three were silent for a long time after this. Finally Ren spoke up. “I don’t like the feeling of this,” he said uncomfortably. “It seems to me like there’s some organisation out there that had Hati on their blacklist. And without a doubt, someone has been interfering with us.”

Alpha Ethan

Alpha Ethan

Even the air has a harsh bite to it. There is nothing gentle here. Before long, it seems, the sun is setting again—and I remember my mother’s lady-in-waiting telling me stories about how the gods and goddesses of the night staked their claim on the Northlands before they went to rest, making the days shorter and the nights longer so the creatures that revered them had more time for worship. A shiver ripples through me as the shadows lengthen. The alpha’s arm momentarily tightens around my waist as if he senses it.

Resurrection

Resurrection

The woods were literally between our house and the town, which was best for protecting howling wolves from prying eyes. In ancient times Herodotus wrote of the Neuri, a nomadic tribe from Scythia which later became part of Russia. If folklore were to be believed, they were a tribe of magical men who could change into wolves. If you asked Malachi, he would laugh and say that those men probably wore wolf skins because of the harsh climate of Russia and were mistaken for wolf men. Nobody can be certain when wolf people first originated, but the wolf god, Fenrir, is universally accepted by all wolf packs as the first creator of our kind. Although Fenrir had no magic of his own, Freyja represente

The Dark Alpha's Pet

The Dark Alpha's Pet

“Benji, tell us what you have figured out so far!” “I thought you would never ask. Here is the facts first. Nancy and I discovered… Drum roll please!... Ciara is a descendent from Nordic Ancient Gods!!” Benji squealed with delight which sounded like nails on a chalkboard to my ears. “Her pack is around this area of the North and guess what! They are still ALIVE and Kicking!” she pointed towards the map on the TV screen. “But wait there is more! According to the journal, her mother is a distant descendant of one of Odin’s wolves, Geri or Freki, not sure which, but that doesn’t really matter right now. What matters is this connection to Odin’s wolves. According to legend, Geri and Freki would

The Found Fated Mates Of Fenrir

The Found Fated Mates Of Fenrir

She had gifts. However, as she grew, she learnt to fight she became a fierce shield maiden. However, she knew she had darkness in her, but she never gave in to it. I watched as she grew. Others feared her for her connection to the God of Hell, me. We came up with the pagan story of the wolf of Hell in order to stop the human world from taking a turn for the worst. Ragnarök, as it is known, and so it worked. The pagan’s wouldn’t favour war if their omens called for defeat. I would watch as she healed wounded men and women in the shield wall and even wounded animals.

I absolutely love your stories... I have been hooked since the first one. I am excited to read Gaia's. I have a feeling Elysium & Hell will collide. As far as Fenrir's story, it was an absolute emotional ride. Love, heartache, pain, family stubbornness and strength wrapped up nicely with a bow.

Hi lovelies, please bear with me for the time being. Unfortunately myself and my family have got Covid. So I will still upload everyday but as soon as I feel more human again I will resume to two chapters a day. Thank you for reading so far. Much love Becca Lou xx

The Lycan God

The Lycan God

Emotions had run wild between now and then; excitement, disbelief, discontent, rage, and now a thoughtful silence pervading the four walls like a thick blanket that lulls her back to the bay of sleep’s arms. Avian dips the feathered tip into the glass bottle and carefully lowers it onto the page where she had left, just beneath the grotesque sketch of an original Lycanthrope she had attempted whilst still in the throes of energy. “… Average of ten feet tall, five hundred pounds of muscle and fur that is impervious to the war instruments of man.” The high priest stands at the front left, his cheeks like emptied udders that tremble with each breath, “tapetum lucidum…” highly sensitised night v

Anna's Decision

Anna's Decision

You're going to be all right,' I said, grabbing her hand. She watched me with her magnetic blue eyes. 'Yes, yes,' she merely stammered. That was good enough for me. Even if she was missing several teeth, I found her truly beau- tiful. In Norse mythology, the moirai have the whole trajectory of a person decided. Cloto, the little one, chooses the material.

Death & Life

Death & Life

I glanced around at the strange unearthly surroundings. "Where are the boys," I asked Rai. He looked at me and shrugged. "I don't even know where we are," he mumbled, holding his hand up and feeling the air around us. "I believe that this is Helheim, you know the nine realms of norse mythology," Rai stated in disbelief. I sat on my ass and chuckled. "Damn, then the Thor movies were correct," I mumbled and burst into hearty laughter. Rai rolled his eyes and continued to explore the surroundings.

Hunters: The Prequel

Hunters: The Prequel

The Norse Gods told of a story; a story of the end of times. They told of a time when their lineage will end; their blood dispersed to the furthest ends of the Universe – the Ragnarok. For millennia they had been trapped under its curse, fated to die by the hands of beings of destruction and be reborn only moments after. It was because of this dastardly curse that they who had been born long before the times of the Origin Divine Artefacts hadn’t mastered the power to go against them. For their constant birth and rebirth left them weak and unimpressive. Yet that curse had been broken by the one called Odin, granting him the title of Allfather. They grew stronger and finally had the power wort

I hope that’s not the end end. So many left off pieces of the story all his friends on the other world, all the other gods story lines, he’s only used his blood born weapons and armour twice. Hasn’t even made it out of dreamscape yet. Still have everything in true verse going on while he “asleep”
