He stated, and his statement sounded more like a question, instead of sounding like a fact. Lucas was confused if he should answer him or not. "Hmm! Luna Scarlett is going to wake up." Lucas finally utters. Words couldn't describe how happy Orlan is. He pulls Lucas for another hug, patting his back. Pulling away from Lucas, Orlan planted a peck on Lucas's lips. He is so happy that he doesn't even know the hell he's doing. Orlan let go of Lucas, as he started jumping up and down.

I heard Adam speak dryly. Luca didn't respond to anything and immediately took me high up to the branches. And even though I can summon tree vines to carry me up, I don't want to let go of him. Lycans are very good climbers, so Luca could climb up very easily even if he was carrying me with one arm. “Here we are, Lilly Love…” I opened my eyes and sure enough, we were already between the three tree branches that I had seen from below. It's dark in here but I could see clearly. I looked down and widened when I realized that it looked even higher from up here than down there.

After the first night, the tension goes away and over the next week, we meet GoldMoon, the Ceryneian Hind from Greek mythology, the techrechauns, the trolls, and finally, we got to meet Lucero, the unicorn. I felt honored that she approached me. She didn’t approach anyone else, but when she did, I felt her mind reach out and touch mine and Kella’s. ‘Sister of my sister, it is good to meet you.’ ‘Hello, Lucero,’ I say and feel Lily enter our mind space as if we are all part of one pack. Lucero leans in, sniffing my stomach. ‘Your son will be a great ruler, just like his father,’ she says, lifting her head and looking at Drake. ‘Peace will remain between the Fae and the vampires for centuries.

I made steps enough to be walking with her. As we entered our room, my eyes looked straight to where Ken was sitting. It was like he had magnets, automatically hypnotizing me from staring at him. He was talking to a girl with his usual poker face. He quickly looked at me when I passed by him. I sat on my chair while my eyes were still on his back. "It's Lucy," Claire whispered beside me. "She's mysterious and weird and she has a big crush on Ken." She meaningfully smiled. "I see."

I can't even think about anything related to him without chills running down my spine. "What do you mean by "like this". He asked folding his arms as he brought my attention back to him. "Well the last time we met, you were in the bush doing whatever you were doing, and this time too." He smiled at what I had said. I wonder what was even funny. "I discovered that they are rabbits around this area and I felt it would be nice to hunt some in human form, not wolf form. Congratulations on your coronation as Luna." He said bowing his head to me and I rolled my eyes at his action.

That led to extinction of the wild creatures. "That can't be true, royalties are the only ones who are able to read that, Sylvia." Bella utters with confusion marked at her face. "They're the Lycans" I said with my low voice slowly stroking the book. I got so intrigued that I wanted to know more information about them.

-Lucy’s POV- At this point I didn’t really care of what people will say about me ‘coz I know that it isn’t decent to have another man in my house especially now that I am married to the most famous bachelor in Brisbane, however they don’t feel what I feel and they don’t have the agony that I have. Fuck that status quo! What I am feeling right now may be because of the alcohol I drank, but this man right here, right in front of me is the one keeping me sane. Right now, I don’t care about doing what is right, I just want him to keep me company. “Madam, I wish to be of service to you, but I don’t think that It would be right. Mr.-“

Dane asked, reaching for my hand. I was thrilled by the thought, a wide grin forming on my face. “Yes, I really do love it. The books, the teachers and even students.. it all sounds so exciting to be reunited with them again. “That's great. I'll begin the preparations at once so that you can be admitted in.” We ate on, making occasion jokes and laughter. It was beautiful, this new family of mine. ***** Selene and I sat together in the study, each staring at the other. “If I wasn't sister to the Lycan king, I wouldn't have agreed to going back to school again.”

, ancient runes carved into its surface glowing faintly.“This is where it ends,” the leader said, stepping forward. “The curse ends tonight.”My mind raced. What curse? And what did they mean by the Luna’s return?Crouching behind a jagged rock near the altar, I fought to steady my breath. The faint glow of the runes painted the chamber in an otherworldly light. My eyes locked onto the man who had once stood at my hut’s threshold. Sharp features, piercing gaze—he still unsettled me.“Why is he here?” I whispered to myself, my fingers tightening on the rock. The man stood before the sacred statue, towering and imposing in the dim light. His lips moved in a low murmur, the words spilling out in a
