He was simply something out of the imagination. The men immediately fell in awe of him, his aura enough to shake them to their bones. The women gaped at him, because they'd never seen anyone more beautiful. It took a while for attention to shift to the woman by his side. Their first thought was that she matched him perfectly. She was easily the most attractive at the event, with her striking silver eyes and pretty face. She looked good there, standing by the Lycan's side, but people soon began to remember her identity. She was an alpha daughter of the Chicago Pack, who somehow managed to be born an omega.

I screamed into the comm. We plowed through a server rack, sending sparks flying. Ava yanked Liam back, yelling for Dominic to run. But Dominic remained frozen. Genesis did not battle for power. He was fighting to replace me. "I am not a glitch," he hissed. "I am the final version." I slammed my elbow into his ribs—it felt like metal. Not armor. Structure. He hit back once. My vision blurred. AVA

Suzie looks at Bella and then at her older brother, vaguely feeling the unexplainable tension between them, and secretly smiled before nodding as a sign of agreement to her brother’s statement. Bella, seeing through the match-making antics of her friend, smiled knowingly. “Thank you.” Shawn was immediately drawn to the ocean blue eyes of the most beautiful omega he had ever seen. Though omega’s were known to own ethereal beauty in exchange for their lack of power, he had never seen such a beautiful woman in his life. He found himself gulping with much difficulty as his wolf begins to shift around him, no longer content with just watching the beautiful woman in front of him.

“Well, I guess we’re all dying then.” I couldn’t even be mad because he was right. How was I going to fight a goddess? “You think she can’t do it?” Aravelle asked. “I’m her mentor, I know she can’t do it.” “Well, you’re wrong. Lunara wouldn’t choose someone incapable of the situation.” “No offense, Aravelle, but Rohan is right. There’s a reason I’m ranked omega,” I said. Aravelle shook her head. “You’re not an omega, child.”

There was also a document with his name, occupation, and address: Dhyanesh Singh, owner of a record company. I glanced at Kyle and asked, “What has he done?” He seemed unimpressed by my question, but he must have known I wasn't like his usual men. “He’s in league with Romano. I got intel that he’s plotting something big with a few others. Your job is to keep an eye on him and inform me of this guy’s every move,” he explained. “Why the gun then?” I questioned. I didn’t see the need for it to do this job.

I sat beside her then the host speaker continues his words. “At this juncture, gentleman and ladies, let’s hear some inspirational words from the only women who set the bar too high to be reach by a normal individual with her average mark of 1.00% for 4 years in a row. This girl’s known to be tough, brave, wise and freaking gorgeous, she’s known as the Genius Queen and a campus superstar, everybody rain a cheer for this year’s class Valedictorian, Khloe Maureen Neufeld!” Introduced by the host. I calmly rose to my feet and walked slowly to the stage like a runway model.

I’m sure she is shocked. Shoot. I was blown away when they told me everything about the pack. I must say it is cool the way the pack can read minds. However, I haven’t gotten too far in my training, so I’m stumbling around with it. I’m still not really sure what or if I have an ability besides the ability of reading minds I have gained when I joined the pack, but the Supreme Elder has told me that omegas are almost always guaranteed to have at least one ability if not two or three. I still haven’t gotten enough courage to ask Alpha Wyatt what my ability or abilities are.

Why are you guys helping me” Olivia asked. “We will have a lot of time to answer all your questions. Know, for now, that we work for The Paranormal Agency. Other than saving the world, our job is to take care of kids like you. Your talent is rare and there is no limit to it. We just want to make sure that you willingly put it to right use,” William said. “So there are others like me?” Olivia asked, surprised. “Numerous, us included,” Allan said, speaking to Olivia for the first time. “I am Allan and I am an expert at Omnikinesis. I can control things with the help of mind power”

I asked. The mage smiled, nodding. "The chosen Omega has awakened, her wolf eager to challenge corrupt leaders." "How powerful is this Omega?" I inquired. The mage smirked. "She's as powerful as ten Alphas combined, with divine gifts to see visions and heal the sick." I was stunned. Such a powerful Omega existed, and I'd never heard of her? Emilia sighed deeply. "Can this Omega see gods and goddesses?" The mage nodded intently. "Give me your hand, Emilia."

As if he finds the act as soothing as I do. “Like how to make someone laugh. Like how to break through to someone who uses their pain to keep everyone else at arm’s length. Like how to love.” “I don’t know what you mean,” I whisper. “I mean that you’re magic, darlin’.” I shake my head. “No. I’m not. Omegas are magic. They are heart-healers and pack-healers. I’m just a girl who talks too much, doesn’t look where she’s going, and spends more time thinking about cheese than any normal person should.”
