"But there is something that needs more of your attention than that," he pointed at her screen which again played an Indian soap opera where a woman asked she would only marry a man who will bring her a piece of moon and the man who wanted to marry her was now on the moon just to bring a piece of it for her (I bet you've seen this one also) Roshanay's smile suddenly faltered as his voice sounded serious as she clicked her phone off. It was just this swift second and a slight change in his tone that now her heart was began to beat rapidly in her ears.

Dawn- “Here,” he handed over the ring to me, a smile on his face, his familiar face, “you haven’t changed a bit.” He whispered under his breath, too faint for me to hear it clearly. “Mr. Lucas,” Banner said and I moved a step back abruptly, “she’s Ms. Dawn,” he explained, “Mr. Eldorado’s---” “Fiancé,” I said wearing the ring in my right hand’s third finger. “Wife,” Kai abruptly charged forward, placing his hand on my waist, he pulled me closer, “she’s Dawn Amber McCoy, soon to be Eldorado.” He chuckled, making his jealousy too obvious, even a blind person could sense it.

She glanced down to the ground, where the weapon lay after she'd removed it from his person, and with extra subtlety, she gave Julian a wink. She gasped audibly, as if to act surprised by the attack, then with a squeal, she made a reach for the dagger, diving to the floor only to have Julian kick it. The silver blade spun around faster than a spinning top, before it reached the edge of the bank and balanced for half a second, falling into the water with a splash. A gust of wind sent chills through her body, and she turned to see Mason tackling Julian to the ground; both vampires had their fangs bared, just as planned.

Devon continued, and I returned my attention to him. "It is rumored across the school that no one crosses your path and gets away with it but I did, and you all did nothing, meaning you guys are interested in me. I feel so honored, so thereby I am offering myself as a slave to you all, to do your bidding and as you all like. Love, Dawn." He concluded. 'Dawn?' I pondered. 'What a lovely name.’ I acknowledged it inwardly, battling a strong desire to pronounce it outwardly. I looked up at her and suddenly the feeling of disappointment began to brew within me.

"Nothing wrong with that, sunshine." Dawn goes very still under my touch, her pulse visibly jumping in her throat. She doesn't pull away, though, and my dragon roars in triumph. Mine, he insists. Ours. Not yet, I answer silently. But soon. "And Sorin appeared shortly after?" Rain asks, dragging us back to business though his eyes track my hand with naked hunger before he masks it. Dawn nods, breaking the contact as she turns to address my brother. I let my hand fall reluctantly, the ghost of her warmth lingering on my fingertips.

Dominic’s POV Dawn comes in ugly, angry colors, like the sky’s got something to prove. It’s too red and still, bleeding out over the hills as if the world’s got a fresh cut. I’m standing on the ridge with Dante and Elora, all of us together for the first time since this mess kicked off. Smoke and blood filled the air. Somewhere behind me, the wolves are restless, their armor rattling. “This is it,” Dante growls, barely above a mutter. His voice is wrecked, too many orders, not enough sleep. He shoots Elora a look. “Ain’t no backing out now.”

When they come face to face, Jose buries his nose in Dawn's neck before looking into her eyes. "Mate." He says softly. Can we see a smile? Come on, I know you can do it. I almost fall backward when his whole face lights up. Dawn's face turns red, and she looks down at her feet. I can see it now. That little lycan pup is going to be wrapped around her finger. Okay, so maybe he's not little, being only about an inch shorter than Wyatt, but in my mind, they're all pups. I pull Wyatt, and we walk over to the new mates.
