As she walked over to it, she noticed that its cover was worn, and it seemed to emit a faint glow that caught her attention. Maybe it's how the moon perfectly acted as its own spotlight that made it seem so glowy, but it's not just that. She somehow felt a little hint of amusement as she stared at it. As she approached the book, she saw the shinny title written on it, Lunaria, and she couldn't help but be intrigued. The moonlight shining down on the pages illuminated the words in a way that made them seem to come alive.

Until she got to the page... Only it wasn’t there. Yeap, it was literally blank. Ariel had gotten to the five hundred and thirty-seventh page, and she had flipped it a tad too fast, eager to get to her desired number, but there was nothing there. And so was the other page number that followed it. “W-what the…” Ariel stuttered, trying to describe what she was feeling. Was it disappointment or anger? She peeped closer into the book, looking for any signs, and on close inspection, she could see that the pages had been carefully ripped off so as not to make it obvious.

She walked to the bookshelf, the sound of her heels against the wood creating an enchanting sound. “Ask away Galina. I have all the answers.” Her voice was carried out by the walls of the office, making it sound rather non-ordinary. “She mentioned something about the divisions of the world. And I don’t…” My voice faded as she came back holding a very faded leather-covered book, which seemed to have at least 10 thousand pages from how thick it was. She laid it in front of me and began pacing around the office.

He would be totally shocked if Hans finished reading those 8 books in just a short amount of time. Hans put down the book he was currently reading and confusedly asked, “Which books are you referring to?” Anthony pointed at the 8 books piled in shock.
