Piper Alpha Disaster Survivors Novels & Stories

“Wild River.” Jake made a movement with his hand to beckon Rune closer to us. If we were about to talk about how Alpha Markus ravaged her pack, it was better to hear it from the one that survived it. “I heard about that,” Alpha Zane said, nodding his head towards Rune in understanding. “I thought there were no survivors.” “Four people barely made it out alive. Two adolescent pack members, my pup and I.” Rune admitted. “It was awful.”

"Move it, Runt!" I didn’t flinch when the hip checked me into the industrial steel counter. I just gripped the tray of champagne flutes tighter, my knuckles turning white, and stepped aside. It was Jessica, a mid-ranking delta female who derived a sick sort of pleasure from making my life miserable. She had realized long ago that I wouldn’t fight back. I couldn’t fight back. "The Alpha wants these on the west terrace immediately," Jessica snapped, flipping her blonde hair over her shoulder. "Try not to trip over your own feet. We don’t need you embarrassing the pack. Again."

Fred said. Travis tried to sit up, but there was still so much pain in his chest, it wasn’t easy. Fred grabbed his hand and helped him to sit, then put his arm around his shoulder and dragged him in a bent knee run away from the buildings and to a tree far enough away to avoid the flames, smoke, and heat. Alpha Travis mind-link to pack: sit rep please. Luna Paulina mind-link to pack: we have injuries, but so far no deaths. Are you okay Alpha?

I collapsed on the ground, my knees raised to my chin and my hands wrapped around my legs. My mother hurriedly bent down to me and hugged my now-frozen body—the words on the letter glaring up at me. Silver Mystic had been attacked, burned, and about half its inhabitants massacred; the rest were left hopeless without a home. Moreover, Alpha Reid and his family had been killed on a stone at the gate of the packhouse. My eyes became blurry, and tears were bristling at my lids. I couldn't believe what I had just read; there must be a lie somewhere.

I nod. “I don’t remember how many nights we were there. After everything was over, we walked into town. Wren, it was horrible. Everything and everyone were gone. After trying to search the rubble for anything we may need, we ran into the Alpha. He helped us survive. We picked up a few other adults in the forests.” She stared out the window.

We embrace a little longer, then drag Oliver back to the packhouse. Garret—looking exhausted—begins his report. “We lost a good amount of men. If not for Rodrick getting here so fast, we would’ve lost more. The children in the packhouse are all safe. Dash caught two men trying to arm a bomb like the ones going off around the pack. He got injured, but he’s safe, and what he did saved the kids.” My heart drops for a moment. Garret continues. “Four Alpha visitors were killed, and many others.”

I inform him. “I knew I shouldn’t have gone on that trip. I’m sorry I wasn’t here Amara.” “I’m glad you weren’t. What if they killed you too.” “Alpha, all the bunkers were broken into except one. There are survivors,” says one of the people that arrived with Ghalen. We rush to the bunker and I see Derek and Mark there helping the survivors get food and water. Ghalen seems to be quick to jump into his role as Alpha as he speaks to the adults and has the children get checked out by Tanisha.

Ketin says. "You said that many outcasts die in the process, do you know how many people die?" Kieran looks at Velkan. "My alpha, I can refer to the outcasts who entered with me," he answers, "we were twenty and only three survived, apart from me, of course. But they don't care, as I heard them, Einar thinks that with one capable of surviving he could kill up to a hundred men before falling dead," he tells us, “Of course, if the effect lasts."

and, somehow, also a part of our lives that could never be erased. We cried until our voices disappeared. We cried until breathing itself became difficult. We cried because freedom had finally arrived... ...and it had demanded a price none of us truly wanted to pay. The room that had moments ago been filled with roars and gunfire now held only mourning. The Alpha was dead. A husband was dead. A father was dead. And no matter what he had done... Death left behind a silence so enormous that it swallowed every victory.

Ellie asked “He went to talk to the families of those kidnapped” “Is.. Loris…” “I am sorry, but yes Alpha, she was among the ladies” Ellie was forced to nod “What about those on patrol?” “We found them unconscious, they have being taken to the hospital, but I suspect wolfsbane” Steven said Wolfsbane was not good for a werewolf, she imagined how heartless some people can be. Her heart went to Loris and the other ladies that were taken along with her, she lost her stand a little bit Ezra was there to cover up for her.
