Healing with the monster

Healing with the monster

"We can't keep him here, Elara. Josh’s remaining loyalists might find him. We move him to a private facility in Owerri, under Vane security. If he regains his memory, he answers for his crimes. If he doesn't..." "If he doesn't, he's just a man who saved us," I finished, looking at the shell of the monster who had once owned my life. I looked at the wooden block in his hand. Julian had lost his mind to save my son’s life. The debt was paid, but the healing... the healing had only just begun.

This is a decent book. Some parts repeat, sometimes names get mixed up. The thing that got me was you have this whole love story only to have the last 4 paragraphs wrap everything up all nice and neat. The thing I do admire is the friendship between Rosaline and Martha, it's lasting and beautiful.

Mafia’s Prisoner: He Wants Revenge, But I’m Innocent

Mafia’s Prisoner: He Wants Revenge, But I’m Innocent

All he saw was someone who needed help. Sympathy flooded him, a quiet, undeniable ache in his chest. He didn’t know how she’d ended up here, or why Dante was keeping her hidden… but one thing, he was sure of. He couldn’t just leave her like this. He slipped back quietly but quickly to gather some bandages. When he returned, he moved carefully, his touch featherlight as he started tending to her wounds. He worked in silence, focused and gentle, until she stirred, a soft whimper escaping her lips.

My Ex-Husband Is My Mate

My Ex-Husband Is My Mate

{ Farrow } Witches. Goddamn witches. They bombed my entire fucking existence and I wasn’t even aware. For this past week, I've been in jail and then in the hospital, mostly all alone with my own thoughts and my furious wolf. And the healer. It didn't take too long for the weird fog to disappear from my mind and for my wolf to wake up. That was my only saving grace, according to the healer, him being asleep. He is a lot stronger than me… and a lot smarter too. He disconnected from me as soon as I started being messed with, but the fucker didn’t even try to warn me or something, he just said peace out and left.

Silver Wolf
I can not recommend this story enough. It's so good, and I absolutely adore the characters and the author's sense of humor. I literally yelled no when I got fully caught up. I haven't read a story on this app that made me laugh and cry as much as this one.

Interesting as hell. The characters are engaging, and I love how easy the dialogue flows. It feels like actual conversation. The plot is equal parts infuriating, hurtful and funny. A hell of a combo tbh. I definitely recommend giving the book a shot

Alpha of Alphas - The Lycan's Impossible Mate

Alpha of Alphas - The Lycan's Impossible Mate

“We’ll try to figure something else out later.” He breaks the mind link and grabs my hands, nearly dragging me after him to the living room. Marlon is sitting apart from the rest of us, but if he’s nervous, he’s giving nothing away. It’s very clear, though, that he still doesn’t consider himself to be one of us. “How is Shawn?” I ask him. “He’s healed,” the human says. “Back to normal. What are your plans with the human prisoners you took?” he asks, openly on the attack and bristling with anger.

is there any other ways to access your book? I am super interested however I am disabled and on a fixed income. it would cost me almost 120$ to read the whole book and I absolutely can't spend that much on a book.

MATED TO MY POSSESSIVE BULLIES: THE ALPHA TRIPLETS

MATED TO MY POSSESSIVE BULLIES: THE ALPHA TRIPLETS

“ You know where to take her to, and what to do.” Healers have some authority because they alone make the choices when one is sick and is meant to be given attention. The guards took Valerie and carried her into the inner room while we and the healer followed them. Getting to the door, the healer turned to us. “You know what to do. None of you should trespass till I’m done.” The healer and his boys walked into the room. The guards stepped out and the door was shut against us. We sat down and waited patiently. *** “She was poisoned.” We were clustered before the healer and his boys. “The medication I gave her is a ready, not a cure.”

Healing The Broken Alpha

Healing The Broken Alpha

Just as we neared the cab, I heard the mansion door slam shut, the sound echoing ominously. I stopped in my tracks, sensing Ellis flinch beside me. I already knew who it was. Steeling myself, I turned around. There he stood—a wounded man. Not physically, though. His casual clothes were fine, and while he was upset, there were no visible injuries. But I could see it—the pain, the inner turmoil. He was bleeding internally, emotionally. His anguish was palpable, and it explained the oppressive sadness surrounding this place. Alexandria whimpered in my mind, recognizing his wolf’s pain. We knew it all too well.

She Healed Me to Harvest My Life

She Healed Me to Harvest My Life

It was a winter afternoon, with light snow drifting through the air. I'd founded Cosmic Haven, a welfare center that provided psychological support and art education to disabled children. The center was currently having a small exhibition, and the walls were covered with the children's creative artworks. Some of the children had lost arms, while some were in wheelchairs. Yet every face was filled with genuine joy. I was crouched down, adjusting the hat of a young boy with a prosthetic limb. That was when a commotion broke out at the entrance. I turned to look and saw a woman in a worn-out coat being held back by security.

Healing the man who broke me

Healing the man who broke me

I inhaled deeply and adjusted my shirt. I stood outside Adam's door for about a minute. My legs suddenly felt glued to the ground. I couldn't take another step. “Hey Eli.” Nurse Ava placed a hand on my shoulder and I almost jumped out of my skin. “Is everything okay? You are very jumpy.” I cleared my throat and smiled at her. “I am very fine.” “I heard what happened yesterday.” Her voice dropped to a whisper. “These rich athletes usually make the worst patients.” I grunted a reply in my throat and she wished me luck before hurrying away. I finally grabbed the handle and walked into the room. Adam was seated and had a tray in his legs. I couldn't tell if I had just imagined it but his eyes li
