My whole body craved her touch, and it was driving me crazy. Desperate for some relief, I walked to the bathroom, hoping a cool shower would help clear my mind. The cold water hit my skin, a shock at first, but gradually, it started to calm the fire within me. I stood under the stream, letting the water flow, trying to wash away the thoughts of Becca.

FRUSTRATION… Sally felt like her mind was racing at a hundred miles an hour. She sighed heavily and decided to take a shower. She walked into the bathroom, got undressed. She turned on the shower, stepped under the water, and let the steam from the spray soothe her muscles. She didn’t hear the bathroom door open. She was in deep thought until she felt hands on her hips.

That’s more life threatening, but still, it was crazy to think that it could be real. I stood up, and pulled off my clothes. Probably if I have a cold bath, I wouldn’t have to think about this anymore, and will be able to relax, rather than thinking hard on something which I can’t even think of how they look like. I walked into the bathroom, and turned on the shower. The water sprouted out of the shower, and rained on me. My head felt cool, and I loved the way the water drizzled down to every part of my body.

Cold water, fresh thoughts—a clean start to the day. The moment I stepped under the stream of the water, my tense muscles began to relax. I let the water run down my shoulders and closed my eyes. For a while, I tried not to think about anything. But somehow, Radiel kept slipping back into my mind. His voice. The way he had whispered my name. I groaned quietly and slammed my palm agaisnt my forehead.. “This is ridiculous,” I muttered. After finishing my shower, I wrapped myself in a soft towel and returned to the bedroom. I picked a simple outfit and got dressed quickly before heading downstairs.

AURORA'S POV I stood under the shower with my eyes shut. The water just ran through the length of my body, from the compartments of my hair strands, through the division of my ass down to the toes. I felt at peace at that moment. For the past thirty minutes, I was standing at a place. I just enjoyed the feeling the running water carried with it. Or maybe I was simply trying to knock off the thought that was fast rising in my head. "Mate!"

I saw the sun, the sand, and the person I had fought every battle to keep. ​The world was vast, and it was chaotic, and it would always be filled with people who wanted to build towers and rewrite the minds of others. But for tonight, the beach was silent. The tide was coming in, cleaning the sand of our footprints, and we were whole. We didn't have a plan for tomorrow, and we didn't have a guarantee of forever. We just had the quiet, and we had each other. ​And as the last of the sun slipped away, turning the world to shadow and starlight, I knew that even if the end was coming, it would be a human end. Quiet. Honest. And finally, truly, free.

Keenan's POV: We pulled into her driveway at about midnight and went inside her house. Luckily I brought clothes with me so I can shower. By the time I was done with my shower, yes I like to take a while, she changed and picked a movie and got some snacks for us. "Well this is a surprise. " I said with a smile as I walked out. "No its not. You could've seen this coming." she replied with a giggle. I chuckled and cuddled up to her in the couch.

( Charlotte’s POV ) I think I should skip school today. I want to think and a cold shower will help me. Instead of going out, I went straight to my dorm room. I let my bag go and take off all my clothes, leaving it around my dorm room. Once I make it to my bathroom I lock the door and proceed to the shower. As the cold water runs I stare blankly at the wall. I don't know why I'm doing this shit. I don't know why I want to think.

ADELINA'S POV The water was still falling from the top of the shower, washing away all the soap lather on my body. I felt restless. My eyes closed as I faced the shower trying to enjoy the feeling of the soothing warm water on my face that was when it happened His face appeared in my mind, startling me. I gasped with my back against the wall. He was starting to leave rent-free in my mind. He never asked for permission to enter anywhere including my mind. How annoying.
