He sounded worried and left. I looked around and saw that I was alone in the corridor. Only for the guards at the entrance which was a distance from where I was. It could be possible that these people might have already made it into Ravensclaw pack. I stared at the large crest, the one bearing the insignia of the back and stared. A raven and a wolf, at either side of the crest, displaying strength and intelligence. I feared this little time of peace we had would only last for that long.

The forest fell silent once more. Elara looked at Riven. “What does that mean?” Before he could answer— The mark on Elara’s hand suddenly flared with blinding silver light. At the same instant… A crimson symbol appeared beneath the sleeve on Riven’s wrist. He stared at it in shock. “I…” His voice faltered. “I’ve never seen this before.” The symbol resembled a wolf encircled by flames. Ancient. Beautiful. Terrifying. The two marks answered each other. Silver.

“Never going to happen.” Just as I’m about to turn away, Raquel grabs me by the upper arm. My shirt’s sleeve rides up an inch, exposing the bottom portion of my old tattoo. She frowns, a flicker of recognition flashing across her eyes. She doesn’t let me escape, moving so swiftly that I have no time to react. She pushes my sleeve up to expose the entire composition: a raven with red feathers and an arrow in its black beak. Her mouth falls open. “You’re a Red Raven.”

A black raven. Emily noticed it. "What does it mean?" Alexander looked unusually tense. "I haven't seen this symbol in years." "You know it?" He nodded. "It belongs to an organization everyone believed had been destroyed." "What organization?" Alexander's voice became cold. "The Raven Society." Emily frowned. "I've never heard of them." "You weren't supposed to." "They specialize in eliminating entire bloodlines." Emily's face turned pale. "You mean..." "They're hunting your family." At that moment— Alexander's phone vibrated.

“They’re probing us. Testing how close they can get.” Sarah didn’t respond. She couldn’t. Her eyes were fixed on the intruder’s sleeve—an embroidered insignia, a mark she recognized too well. A raven diving into a ring of black thorns. “Katrina’s old unit.” She whispered. “But this symbol… it’s altered.” Damon knelt beside the patch, jaw tightening. Logan zoomed in slowly, letting the image sharpen into focus. A black raven enclosed in a crescent circle. The symbol sat clearly at the back of the driver’s neck. Logan’s voice dropped into something colder, heavier as he turned to face his boss. “Raven's Clan.”

he spits. I squat down to his level. I raise my shirt and there, just above my waistband on my hip, is the Damned Forsaken crest of a raven with a skeletal wing and head sitting atop a skull with a halo leaning against it on one side and a gun on the other. His eyes widen in acknowledgment.

“A small raven on my inner wrist. Something delicate… but permanent. A reminder that I can be brave.” Raven’s eyes darkened with approval. He took my wrist gently, his fingers tracing the sensitive skin where the tattoo would go. The touch sent unexpected heat racing up my arm. “Beautiful choice,” he murmured. “The raven symbolizes transformation. Now describe how you want it to feel when it’s finished.” His thumb stroked slow circles on my pulse point as I tried to answer. “I want it to feel… alive. Like it remembers me every time I look at it.”

I blush realizing he is talking about my mark from Freya, as Osric pats my back with a nod. “It’s good to see you and Liliana happy with Freya, she is good for you two,” Osric softly speaks as he rocks Roan, pouring himself some whiskey. “It’s good to feel the bond being so complete, I can’t imagine how you and Embry dealt with not having Raven at first, and missing Jonathan. What is Raven getting tattooed?” I question while downing my tumbler of whiskey, and Osric smirks. “It was hard being patient and waiting for them, but it is always worth the wait. She is getting a red raven done out of Viking knots in honor of our victory against Orin,” Osric answers, making me nod as it sounds like a
