Felicity rejoiced "then I will like it" she looked at him "does it have a library filled with children's book?" Raymond pinched the bridge of his nose "it doesn't." "Oh, I love reading." "Don't worry, before the wedding I will have one constructed." "You will?" She asked with her eyes shinning. "Yes" Raymond replied tiredly.

She is smiling like she found something that just made her day. “What’s with the books?” Romy bounced onto the bed, “First, the romance book section in your library is awesome. We totally need to check it out together. Second, I got these pack law books. These are the first two of four.” I smiled. Of course, she had already gone to the library. Her weapon is her mind and sharp tongue. She uses them well, too. “Did you find something interesting?”

The door to his library unbolted and Raymond stepped in. Morris looked up, surprised to see him "I didn't send for you" Raymond bowed slightly "I have news to report, sir" Judith perked up on her seat, ready to hear 'something fresh', she hoped what Raymond would say turned out to be something she could use to bring down Patricia and her son, George. Including Rachel Reeves, of course. Morris pushed his empty plates aside and folded his arms across his chest. "What could it be? It better be worth my time"

It is my recommendation that Raymond Humphrey be promoted to the position of Head Librarian, given his years of dedicated work and knowledge of the library and the patrons. She signed it with an electronic signature and pressed the send button, smiling as the confirmation checkmark showed on the screen. She then took a few minutes to e-mail her sister and grandparents about her decisions, determination embracing her mind as she pushed the send button again, then closed the computer and replaced it on the desk.

She turned and headed towards his room. She got to his door and knocked. "Please come in." Raymond responded and she pushed the door open and stepped in. "What can I do for you?" Raymond asked. "Nothing sir. I want to ask you something." She said, and Raymond looked up at her. "What is that?" “Do you mind if I take a book from your shelf?” She asked. Raymond leaned back in his chair. “Is that all?? You can go ahead.”

Raymond insisted on accompanying me home, said it wasn’t proper for me to drive alone this late. For once, I didn’t argue. At home, the silence was strange. The hum of machines had become my new heartbeat, and without it the house felt too quiet, too vast. But it also felt safe, something about the walls, the warm lighting, the familiar scent of polished wood and lavender cleaned the weight from my lungs. I made us tea while Raymond spread the documents across the dining table. It looked like the table Damien and I used for late-night debates, business, politics, family decisions. A place where our lives often collided.

He thought about all of them completing what the practice aspired to. He thought about the practice aspiring to the year of the attending and the attending people completing it in the buildings.

As long as she is happy, I remind myself everyday. "Come on," Rylan insists, standing at the foot of my door. I glare at him from where I lay on the bed. Chapter 13 The Visit Raymond’s house outside the city is a gift he received from his parents. It was presented to him when he was announce as the new CEO of their family’s business. He came here twice a month to refresh and to avoid the hectic atmosphere of the city. This is the place where he spends his time alone. It is where he set up his shooting range at the rear part of the huge land. He got only few servants in the house and two men to help him with his shooting practice. They organize for him his lone hunting, prepare his private hunting grounds. They kept fowl, pigeons and pheasants for his sport.
