I’m about to use Emerald’s eyes again when a vision overwhelms me. ** I see Alpha Everly’s eyes glow menacingly. They are now a glowing iridescent white, incredibly spooky. Light swirls around her as she brings vines up from the ground. There are creatures with red eyes surrounding her, pressed to kill. The creatures are pitch black, twisted and evil. While they fear her light, they are charged with one motivation: snuff out the light. She can’t do this alone. She needs help. I see a pair of hazel eyes before me. They close with finality. I see the same vision, but with a pair of bright blue eyes. There is a feeling of sorrow that washes over me.

It was most definitely him, no doubt of it yet his eyes… They were red. A deep bloody red that not even that monster held. His iris had thinned, slightly scaring Alex in the process. He blinked several times to make sure he was just seeing things. His eyes did go back to normal, bringing relief washing in him. Was he dreaming? Maybe being in darkness for so long has birthed hallucinations.

Fighting an Elder God, even in your head, was apparently an exhausting process. Jane and Robbie had been hovering over Red until she came too. Jane whispered when Red stared up at her, one eye beautiful green and the other eerie and red. "No," Red replied. "No, I'm not." Arthur was investigating the warrior's red eye. "I take it . . ." "Nothing," Red interrupted. "I can't see anything with it." She closed that eye.

Opening my heavy eyelids, I first saw him – the man whom I thought would protect and love me till death. He gripped my hand with both hands. Seeing me move slightly, his eyes frantically searched for mine. The moment my eyes landed on his, everything flashed back to me as if a movie was playing before me. I vividly remember his bloody red eyes filled with hatred and pure intent to kill me right then and there. I instantly pulled my arm back to myself. My hands sneaked up to my neck, and the lingering feeling of him straggling me to death. “Mo-Morana . . .” I glanced at his eyes, which were now back to the teal-colored iris I once admired.

Answer the doc’s questions.” “You don’t have to tell me twice.” Dr. Meadows is staring at my eyes; she must’ve noticed the small black spot next to my iris grow larger, then engulf the iris, creating a larger iris and pupil that is a brighter color than my human eye color. “Amazing.” “Hello Doc.” “Hello Rana, that eye thing, that’s incredible.”

Erin suggested. Drake opened his fiery eyes and glared at Erin. He could not understand why this idiot guy is still here and disturbing his sleep? When Erin felt a chill down his spine, he turned around and looked at the wolf. “Hey look, his eye color changed from blue to orange,” Erin shouted. But by the time Anayka turned towards his face, Drake closed his eyes once again. Anayka shook her head but did not comment. “Are you not trusting me? I saw it. His eyes changed from blue to orange and then almost turned red,” Erin said while trying to pry open Drake's eyes.

Serena was shocked to see the red eyes. She gasped, her eyes widening as the visions flooded back. She had seen those red eyes so many times that she was familiar by now. Someone had warned her to stay away and deep down she might have already known the owner of those eyes and yet now that she saw him, she didn’t know what to say. I held his chin and squeezed it. "We are watching this it's rated really high on Netflix Africa ", I said with finality and he grumbled. I ignored him and clicked on the play icon. We watched the first three episodes before Beck fell asleep on my back, he was such an organised sleeper. The constant rise and fall of his chest were comforting and I had almost totally forgotten that there was someone after my dear life.
