Its Rowena, I don’t think a princess is ever going to be a sacrifice. Silence followed after I had said that,but I felt his tension ease. I looked at him in a way he wouldn’t know, I wanted to take all his features, his looks and the way he looked at me when I wasn’t starring. Why do they call you the rogue Alpha , I found myself asking. When I asked that question it seemed to get his attention because he looked at me. I don’t go with their rules princess and I don’t worship their stupid moon goddess who abandoned my people when your people turned against us or because I protected my people with my own power.

Chelsea only wished her memories would clear up and she will remember everything exactly as it happened because in the light of the events , she couldn't help but doubt what if someone wanted her to be prejudiced against her family , from the start ? ********* " Ohho , what is this huh ?" Unlike how I found him unconscious and butt naked. "Why did you leave your pack, Peyton?" He questions, eyes never leaving mine. "Stepping foot into this land as an exiled wolf makes you nothing but a rogue. And we do kill rogues, or lock them up because they're never to be trusted." The lines on his forehead are furrowing as he makes this known to me.

He steps past Merton and Marius and goes through the door. He walks with Romain towards the garden in silence. "Thank you." Romain broke the silence. "It wasn't for you." "I know, I just… you didn't take revenge or anything and still saved her." "I'm not that bad, Romain," Rogue said. "I know." "Good." Another silence surfaced between them. "So, how was… the country?" Romain asked. He was identical to Rogue, in body and appearance-wise. But the little difference was their eyes. He had pale blue eyes, while Rogue had a form of piercing blue, the type that screams danger.

"Make them pay." With a shake of my head, I murmured, “No need. I have a feeling this is well under control.” The days that followed were a blur of pain and anger. We buried our dead, tended to our injured, and began the long process of rebuilding. The pack was on edge, every shadow holding the potential of another attack. One night, as we sat on the mansion's steps, watching the moon rise over the charred remains of the village, Remy appeared. "I’m going to help you rebuild. And we're going to make sure the Rogues never do this to anyone again," he promised.

"We're surrendering to you, Ivy Doreen," the biggest rogue says, bowing his head to me respectfully. The other rogues follow after him, even the wolves. I gulp, feeling something stir low in my belly, "We mean no harm to you or anyone else in this pack. The only reason we approached you this way is because you're hard to track down. All we want is a conversation." "No," Remington responds for me, ending the distance I created until he reaches me again and grabs me by the arm one more time, just to keep me in place, as if he’s scared I’ll run to the rogues again, "You have nothing to say t—"

Rogue ruffled his hair. The boy moved back and made faces, "Don't call me cute. Only my mom can call me cute." Craning his neck up, Rogue laughed in my direction and said, "Now I seriously want to become his father and make more such babies with his mom." I couldn't stop the smile coming to my face. Rogue is a complicated man with a mind that works weirdly. The boy ought to have something special in him if it's making him say that. Otherwise he never talks about having kids or a wife.

"Exactly what we need," Tyr, my wolf was ravenous for blood since Mikayla was not back yet, and I don't know if she'll return and make this our permanent home.
