She keeps on walking back to forth at the entrance of Del Valle resort, she found out that she escapes from her and leaves the place. “Where did this kid have gone? She didn’t need to endure another Brent Tanner phone call. As she passed by the window again, she glanced out to see the progress of the young woman, but the college kids had left. She wondered briefly if the girl the boys tormented had managed to escape with at least a little of her dignity in place, but somehow doubted it. Out of the corner of her eye, Valerie noticed a dove flying by and decided coffee on the rooftop might just be the way to get her husband out of her mind. With a nod, she moved back to the kitchen, filled a carafe with the rest of her coffee, and headed for her front door, not even bothering to grab her robe, assuming no one else would be up there.

Shame it’s made of Styrofoam.” I snap my head around. “Excuse me?” “Come on,” he says, grinning. “That’s the best you could come up with? ‘You don’t look impressive’? She’s probably crying herself to sleep right now.”

I scowled. “Kyle is just pulling your leg Riv’s. So you came to get Raven? I’m gonna miss her. Maybe you should get a bike, love.” “I should, huh!? Yeah, she’s here to take her away. Though we did have fun with her.” He laughs in the crook of her neck and now I’m disgusted. “KYLE! That’s not true River. Your Dad is lying.” She looked embarrassed. Now I knew who was lying. Ewww, I’m gonna have to sanitize her.

I chuckle sadly. "Then p-please-… Please, don't hurt me," little Valerie begs. "I won't because you're going to meet a charismatic vampire and call him Charming.
