“You don’t have to pacify me. I don’t need assurances. I know his heart. He told your mother that he didn’t want to have a child with me. He told Bella that I was just a tool. In fact, he told me several times that I was a placeholder, a substitute. I believed all those things. I also believe that he only took care of me because he had to. And now, he’s got the real princess. My death will be a relief to him. Maybe it will be a relief to me, as well.” When Rothan protests, I smile broadly at him. “I’m not upset. I should’ve expected this. Don’t think I’m whining about it. I’ve accepted my fate. I hope he’s very happy with Princess Vivian. At least with her, his children will carry the royal

FLASHBACK “I’m the Swan Princess. Yayy!” Five year old Sofia twirled on the ice holding her dress like Disney princesses do in cartoons. “You’re not the Swan Princess, Aubrey Sinclair is," said a little boy. “She’s whatever she says she is. If she says she's the Swan Princess, then she is the Swan Princess." Sean jumped into his sister's defense. “Get off the ice Sofia, you're interrupting your brother's practice.” Their mother approached them and pulled Sofia off the rink.

Ambrose spoke clearly, his voice echoing around the rocky valley. A deal? You are lucky Fae Prince that I do not bite your head off. Rhae blinked slowly, trying to recall if she heard that right. The large purple draekon snickered and looked down at them again, Speak your needs. We will decide if we want to help. Ambrose turned to Rhae and nodded at her, standing and stepping behind her.

Tabitha said with no emotion, looking at the two ladies. All the men looked at Blake. She gave the power to the boyfriend to take revenge. How terrifying was that to Mr. Coney and Dean? Big Sal only smirked and kept his head down. What could a mere assistant do to him without a powerful backer? Just as he was thinking this, the doors of the BMW business opened, and an elegant lady walked into the room. It was non-other than the Princess of Swanville, Miss. Dynasty Syrum. Her bodyguards lined up on her side like a princess entering her domain.

It was me, myself and I. “I am Princess Zisealer of the dragon people and I have recently mated with royal beta Brum.” Look at me trying to cling onto the little title I had, reminding me of what I had lost— a home, family and I felt as if I had lost my dignity too. “We are pleased to have you Princess Zisealer, where is beta Brum?” The king asked, my heart drumming harder, my hands clenched into fists at my sides. It took everything in me not to shake so bad.

As soon as Bart walked back in, my eyes trailed over the two girls stepping into my throne room. Yes, I do have a throne room, because a while ago I became the King of the Rogues. “Master, let me introduce you to you, Miss Coral and Miss Paige Hope…” That piqued my attention. I have heard those names. Aren't they the witch and she-wolf that cursed Adalwulf´s mate? Suddenly, my spare minutes became quite interesting.

Anbir muttered. "Well, if you don't want the pearl perhaps, I am simply wasting my time." The voice called out again. Anbir turned again. Apart from a swan that was wearing a crown, there was nobody around. It could not be? "Will you speak something?" The swan said impatiently. "You can talk?" Anbir literally jumped in shock staring at the majestic white swan with the little crown on its head. "Of course, I can talk! I am the king of swans, a descendant of Goddess Sarasvati’s pet swan. I am not some common bird." The swan replied looking offended.
