You fool, you couldn’t kill Rug! If you killed him why is he here?” looks, Sage and Lisa were creating a fuss between them.

The last thing Sage saw before the world dissolved into streams of golden light was the holographic map, Seattle's nexus flaring so brightly it overwhelmed the display. Then they were falling upward through currents of pure energy, Sage's consciousness expanding beyond the boundaries of her human form as her true nature finally, fully awakened.

Why did they make such an assumption? Black Saga was a Predator from Asher City, as such the citizens knew who he was. He wasn’t any ordinary Predator; he was a powerful Tiger with a resounding reputation. As such the citizens were excited when they learnt that he would be leading a team in the Grand Tourney. To them, it was the right response from Asher City which had lost its crown to the reigning Champions, the Indigo Team. So when such a man stated that a Tiger Cub like Vital Orange had the capability to injure him, it was seen as humility, and it made the people love him even more. But now they realized that they were wrong. Black Saga wasn’t being humble, he was being downright sincere

There was no way we could win this though, even weakening him, we could only do so much before we would be overpowered. Raphael threw an iron sword just as I threw an iron rod at Sage. He dodged my rod, and that put him directly in the path of Raphael's sword. It sliced through his wing like butter, causing Sage to screech like a wounded animal and fall from the sky to the ground below in a fury of flames.

Sage pushed her chair back and stood. "Thank you for dinner but if you'll excuse me."She didn't even wait for anyone to say something she took her purse and fled.Oh god what had she been thinking agreeing to come with him she must've been out of her mind that must be it.She and Bruno cannot be friends,he runs a big company and she's working for that company as a cleaner.What happens the day he finds out the truth will he still want her.Desire her.Will he still consider her a friend.Sage doesn't know and wasn't sticking around to find out what his reaction will be.

I never was, but I’m lean-muscular. You can’t be an apex predator like a vampire and be a weakling. I’ve never had anyone complain about my physique.
