The scent of something foreign wafted through the air, mingling with the familiar aroma of the woods. "Who goes there?" I called out, my voice cutting through the night. The growls ceased, replaced by an eerie silence. My heart pounded in my chest as I waited for a response. The silence hung in the air, thick and foreboding. My senses heightened as I strained to pick up any sign of movement or sound. The moon cast elongated shadows, creating a surreal landscape around me. Suddenly, a pair of glowing eyes emerged from the darkness, reflecting the moonlight. A low, menacing growl rumbled through the woods. I raised an eyebrow, waiting for Sam to continue. "I don't know if it's related to the rogue pack, but some of our scouts have reported strange activity in the woods. They say that they've seen creatures that they've never seen before, and that they don't know how to classify them," Savio said, his voice now filled with concern. I felt a chill run down my spine. I knew that the woods were dangerous, but I had never heard of anything like this before. "Thank you for letting me know, Savio. Just make sure to keep an eye out for anything unusual," I replied, my voice low and serious.

It is not that I have anything against the species; I just do not sit well with a woman that is continuously trying to teach me the lessons of life. These woods hold many other creatures that shall not be so welcome to see a bunch of Vampires enter. But this is not a piece of information that I shall tell my beloved. She will fall flat on her face out of horrific laughter. Me, myself, I do find myself scared at some of these. Let us hope that we do not encounter any as we enter the woods.

"So this isn't one of them." "No." And there it sits in the leaves between us. Somebody's stealing the living off the edges of town. And somebody's been out here digging up the dead. We don't know yet if it's the same somebody. Three weeks I believed the scariest thing in these woods to be him. Turns out I wasn't aiming high enough.

CARLY WOODS POV I was tired from my lack of sleep for two nights and I was also experiencing some headaches from all the crying, and screaming of the last two days. The wood was quiet except for the creepy sound of crickets and early birds that came out to pick worms. Each step I took was heavier than the last but I kept going. I couldn't stop, even if I wanted to. Twigs snapped under my black sneakers' clad feet as I hastily stepped on them on my way but I didn't care if someone was out there to hear me run. I had nothing left to be afraid of, not when the worst had already happened.

It was far from Chase and his acolytes. I marched into the woods in search of food or something that could help me build up my strength. The woods seemed weird with strange carvings on the body of the trees. It seemed like claw marks. “Shit! It's a park territory.” I thought out loud as I recognized the carvings. My eyes became fully awake out of fear because I had heard stories of how some packs kill and mutilate trespassers. I looked for the quickest route out of the woods and ran towards it as fast as my leg could carry. I thought of nothing else, only the desire to get as far from the woods as possible.

She also had a creeping feeling that something was following her in behind, so she kept turning back to look. She was getting scared, she kept looking around her as she moved closer to Dianne. The last time she passed the woods, it was late at night. Though it wasn't late now, the woods were getting darker as they continued walking. Never, in Adrianna's life, would she ever think that she would walk in a forest filled with different kinds of creatures? Some, she doesn't even know about yet. At Least, she has come to know that there are real werewolves.

Was she lost? Fear was starting to consume her, and the eerie sounds of the forest only added to her anxiety. She could hear the rustling of leaves underfoot, the creaking of branches in the wind, and the distant howling of wolves. As she stumbled further into the woods, the howls grew louder, and she realized with horror that they weren't just ordinary wolves. They sounded different - more guttural and menacing. It was then that she remembered the stories of werewolves in these woods, and her fear only intensified.

I'm scared that if I say anything or move, I'll find myself dead. I watch as we cover more ground with each stump of hers, and when we are near the woods, vampires rush out of nowhere to attack us — or maybe her. At this point, I cannot even think straight. And just then, from inside the woods, came a roar, and then another, and then, more and more and more. Flaring my eyes at the surprise package that these werewolves have coming, I see lots of werewolves racing out of the woods to attack the vampires.

We have left the city now, and we are now riding through the woods. At first, I jumped, and was happy that the weird driver did not snoop at that exact moment. I was scared initially that we are driving through the woods. I have read a lot of horror novels and movies as well, including documentaries, and I know that most murder and evil happen in the woods.
