This book is not a typical werewolf romance book. There will be romance but I won't go deep into it. I write this book with a new idea. I wanted to combine the werewolves, the witches and the spiritual realm together, and I can't achieve this with your help. Why was the woman imposing things like witchcraft on her when she was definitely not a witch? "There are seer wolves." Anna said. "You don't think I'm one of them." "Seer wolves can't see the lives of dead people." Mireille replied. "I can keep your secret but not too long." "I don't...have a secret with you." Anna shot, "My parents were both wolves. Witches can't generate from wolves. I've seen my parents try to shift many times." "Hmm, omega wolves right?" Mireille asked thoughtfully.

Morgana paused in between bites to respond. The King sighed in resignation. She had been surprised too many times in such a short time. The latest secret revealed- her mother was a seer. Seers were even rarer than spiritualists. Unlike spiritualists who were trained- as long as they met the requirements of course- seers weren't. Seers were born with the ability to peer into secrets of the past, and the future. One could liken this ability to bloodline glows. Unfortunately it wasn't an ability that could be controlled. The place went dark and she got suspended in the air. I stood up and went back in fear. Her aura was so powerful and I could barely keep myself standing. “War is coming! A wolf will be in your midst covered in sheep clothing. Beware of the offspring of the moon, keep your eyes open and your mate close.” Her voice resounded in waves and had so much authority in it. When she was done she gently got back on the bed and everything went back to normal. “How is it possible that you're a seer, we haven't had one in centuries. How is this possible? You're supposed to be a witch!”

“Who is that?” “Talitha the obstacle.” The seer responded with a smug smile and I paled. How did I think I could keep the truth away from her when she could see most things as her seer powers allowed. Impossible I doubted in my head how could a witch be fated to the Alpha king? “I see and know much more. I could read it all over you crystal clear the second I opened that door,” she concludes.

I prepared to read the book aloud so that Jada could hear. I started. “Types of seers. Seers can see what the ordinary eyes can't. Most times, seeing wandering spirits and other creatures of the land which lurk around. At times, they guide the spirits of werewolves long dead to cross over to the other side. Other times, they can see a whole new supernatural world of vampires, elfs, fairies, demons and merpeople.” Jada nodded her head, indicating that she was paying attention to me. “In rare cases, they may see other things like the ability to predict the future, see through people's characters and even gain gifts of healing.”

I asked, not really expecting an answer. “No. I actually asked a seer in my Coven about that, and she said that how things happened were how they were meant to be.” Patricia said. “Oh, wow. I wasn’t sure Seer’s were real. I’ve been to a few Psychics with friends. They were never real.” I said sighing. “Seer’s in a Coven are very real. Their powers are few and far between. They are as protected as the Coven Mother.” Said a very haughty voice behind me.

Having not like the man since he’d accused my friend Mara of being a witch and taken her away. I never saw her after that. It was safe to assume that she’d died in WitchFall. Most do. I knew. It was a massive torture chamber where witches confessed to their sins. We watched the older man coming down off the hill from his towering fortress. His powdered wig and overly elaborate cravat carefully in place. “An evil one.” My eyes narrowed. “You only say that because of his pursuit of you.” “No. There’s something wrong with him.” I insisted. “Saria, you been saying this for years.” She groaned. “He’s the most powerful man in our village and the six surrounding.”

A spiderweb of black veins ran down his chest, pulsating. “I'll do the ritual,” I told the Bone Seer. “You just guide me.” Her milky eyes fixed on me. “To enter death and return, you'll need an anchor. One soul tied to yours so tight, it won't let you go.” My gaze went to Alpha Tristan. He stepped forward. “I'll be her anchor.” I took his hand. The seer sliced her palm and painted sigils on the altar. “You must die in spirit only. But if your wolf rejects the pull back.”

And somehow he had hidden it from everyone. Several pages mentioned healers. Others mentioned secret meetings. Many referenced something called simply the seer. I leaned forward. The entries never explained who the seer was. Only that she appeared when she wished. Disappeared when she wished. And could not be found by ordinary means. One passage caught my attention. Those seeking answers must first surrender certainty. I frowned. What did that even mean? Then I reached another entry. A detailed description. An elderly woman. Silver hair. Sharp eyes. A crooked walking stick carved with strange symbols.
