Shadowed Crown

Shadowed Crown

Out of nowhere, a bone arrow sliced through the air and struck his chest with a sharp hiss. The arrow, upon contact with Jim's blood, glowed a sinister red. His face contorted in pain, and suddenly, his grip failed him as he plummeted from the sky. I dashed forward, my heart racing, and leaped to cover Jim with my body. The Haunts erupted into mocking laughter. "Jim, we've taken apart the bones of the mortal who wanted you dead and crafted them into these arrows. Take one more step and we'll pin you down in front of your own troops!"

Shadow

Shadow

I got her part down and now the weird old man says the Realm is full of shadow and I don’t need to use mine to do what he did To achieve this feat I need to visualize taking a part of that shadow around me, rolling it up like a ball and flatten its surface— I made it happen but the density of the platform I made is weak, hella weak. Instead of wasting his time I got on his shadow platform and it slowly got up to the mountain Our climb to the mountain was amazing, felt like I was floating. Shadow Manipulation is something else. We got to the top of the mountain and it’s flat. I find out there are a few people there and the top has chairs and shelters for people.

The Princes of Ravenwood

The Princes of Ravenwood

Now the lucky shit gets to fuck her in the shower while I’m baking cupcakes, and Forrest is working on the next edition of his online manga Chasing Kitsune. “Mmm, that’s an image that would drive any of us to distraction. Can it be tomorrow night?” Forrest sighed. I laughed. “Soon enough, baby bro. Soon enough.” I assured him. “How’s the manga coming? I still can’t believe Yūri is letting you turn her life into a manga.” I asked, shaking my head.

I liked the story the way it is but kinda wished each guy had their own book with their own person, & not one girl for the three of them. I liked the guys personalities & their interactions with Riko. I would totally read books of the guys each finding their own person. Darius & Forrest are my favs!

Sooo refreshing to read a book about polyamory where the first half or more of the relationship(s) is NOT about partners treating each other like trash. Loved how the 4 leads actually respect, love, and support each other. Kudos to the writer for writing such loving relationships!

THE SHADOW LUNA

THE SHADOW LUNA

One moment she was powerless, the bond being stripped away piece by piece. The next, her wolf rose up inside her like a tidal wave. Like a dam breaking. Stronger than ever before. Wild. Ancient. For three heartbeats, Lyra felt power she'd never experienced. Power she'd never even imagined. Power that made the air around her shimmer and ripple. Power that made shadows dance at her feet like living things. Power that made the pack members step back in fear. Helena's face went white. Snow white. Her green eyes widened in recognition and something else.

My Shadow Mate

My Shadow Mate

“You’re drooling, Little River.” He teases lightly, and I flush. “Sorry” I murmur, but before he can say anything, something moves beside him and moves towards me as if coming in for a hug. I scream and jump back, only to take a close look… What in the Dr. Facilier shit, is this? Is that his shadow casually coming my way? “I-uh-I…” “Back.” He says, and the shadow seems to deflate sadly and then retreat into his actual shadow.

Demon Law : Lost Isle Book 1

Demon Law : Lost Isle Book 1

The more tipped she gets the more loose her hips and I really think I’ve come up with a dozen new ways to break every bone in someone’s body. “Damn, that shite’s annoying.” Sokin growls, rubbing his ear, retreating to the opposing corner the Akuma are playing in. He brought his own bottle of spirits, and obviously listens but doesn’t fall into the debate of M.V.s that don’t exist in our world. I know I’m just being a rod because shite in Manga is no more real than ‘cars’ or motor vehicles any more than guns or football. At least there’s an actual story with interesting and well-thought-out plot twists. The shite that they go on about is brainless.

THE REFLECTION GAME

THE REFLECTION GAME

“Group therapy with a monster trying to kill us.” Ryan smirked despite the tension. “Well, it’s either that or failing. I’d rather not be the laughingstock of the school.” Mia stepped forward, her voice steady despite her fear. “Let’s focus. If it’s a manifestation of fear, we need to distract it and attack from different angles. Elementals, keep it busy. Logan, Ryan, and I will flank it. Anna, you figure out its core weakness.” The plan worked—partially. The Shade grew more aggressive as they attacked, its movements becoming more erratic. But as Anna observed it, she noticed that its glow dimmed slightly whenever someone showed courage.

Beneath the Shades

Beneath the Shades

“Not good that he wants to strangle you. Just… good to know. I wasn’t sure if you were like… best friends or partners or… I don’t know.” Domenico’s lips twitched upward again. “Brothers. For better or worse.” I nodded, feeling braver now that I hadn’t been kicked out or glared at yet. And because my mouth clearly had a death wish, the second question tumbled out before I could stop it. “And… why do you always wear shades? Even inside?” Another beat of silence. Longer this time. Heavy enough to make my stomach twist a little. Domenico’s fingers stilled against the counter.

Shadows of Solitude

Shadows of Solitude

The morning light filtered weakly through the curtains, casting fractured patterns on the floor — much like my thoughts, splintered and jagged. I sat at the small kitchen table, clutching my cup of cold coffee, staring at the leather-bound book *Reflections of the Forgotten* open before me. The stories inside weren’t just tales — they were warnings, lessons written in sorrow and hope. Women who had lived as shadows, trapped in lives borrowed from others, fighting to reclaim their own reflections.

Her Shield in the Shadows

Her Shield in the Shadows

Lola Aida had officially stopped selling her afternoon halo-halo due to the frequent, unpredictable downpours, leaving me with absolutely nothing to occupy my afternoons. I was completely alone in the quiet house, keeping my mind busy by watching videos on the brand-new F******k account I had recently created. The profile was practically empty, lacking any personal photos or information, serving essentially as a blank dump account. I ended up losing myself in the videos for three solid hours, and the exact moment my phone battery flashed a warning, I plugged it into the wall charger and headed into the bathroom to take a refreshing shower.
