Silent Flame

Silent Flame

“This is not collapse.” “No,” Evelyn replied. “Collapse happens when truth is avoided too long. This is recalibration.” At the townhouse, they sat on the balcony once more, the city stretching endlessly before them. Lights flickered on and off in distant buildings. Lives continuing, unchanged and yet subtly altered by what had shifted beneath the surface. “The silence is gone,” Alexander said. “Yes,” Evelyn agreed. “And what comes after silence is choice.” She leaned into him, feeling the quiet strength of his presence.

Second in Silence

Second in Silence

"There's nothing," he replied. "Alicia, has someone been talking to you? Did they lead you to a misunderstanding?" Charles kept his cool, but his right hand drifted to his leg, a dead giveaway that he was fibbing. He probably did not even notice he did it every time he lied. The weight that had been crushing my heart finally hit the ground with a thud. "What's going on here?" Emily appeared at the top of the stairs, her eyes darting between Charles and me, full of suspicion. The sight of the perfume in Charles's grip made her face go pale.

His Silence, Her Cage

His Silence, Her Cage

Only another message. “Keep going.” The street started getting fewer. Less people. Less noise. Her chest tightened. This was not a safe area. She knew that. But she did not stop. “Stop.” She froze. Right there. Her breath was shaky. Her eyes were moving slowly around. Nothing. No one. Just dim lights. Silence. Then—A sound. Soft. Behind her. Her heart jumped. She turned—Her phone buzzed. “Do not turn around unless I tell you to.” Too late. She had already turned. And still…Nothing. Her breathing got faster.

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

However hard she tried to grasp the presence she could detect, she couldn’t touch it. ‘No, please, no!’ The silence pounding in her ears was too much. Any more of it might twinge her sanity. With her breathe hitching, she slid past the nearest boulder of rock and leaned her head on her knees. ‘Make it stop, please!’ The more she begged, the more the silence became powerful, and the more it made her drown to her insanity. As her hopes started crashing down, as her body started lying down on the cold ground, a deep voice vibrated.

Probably the most challenging story I have written. With about 5 drafts and two years of crafting, it’s my longest work. It’s thrilling. I revisit it sometimes and, he, even I get overwhelmed and awed. I mean, it feels like I’m not the one who wrote it.

I love the world building of this novel! Even when you’re only in chapter one you can already see how the author meticulously planned the settings of the story. It’s descriptive so even if the world is new and unfamiliar the readers could still easily imagine what it’s like.

Divorced by the Billionaire, Pregnant with His Heir

SELF-INDIVIDUALIZATION ATTEMPT DETECTED NUMBER OF PROPOSED IDENTITIES: UNKNOWN Then: ERROR The silver land trembled. The eye split. Not physically. Conceptually. For one second, there were two. Then four. Then thousands. Every version screamed. The sound hit all of them at once. Elena grabbed her head. Lucas fell to his knees. Noah cried out. Eva shielded him. The Silence staggered backward. “STOP!” But the collective didn't know how. Millions of fragments began appearing. Each incomplete. Each sharing memories with every other.

Crave Me,Kill Me

:: AUTO-CORRECT REJECTED :: REASON: PRESENCE-LED PATTERN OVERRIDES OLD SILENCE INTERPRETATION :: COMMENT: SILENCE IS NO LONGER READ AS NEUTRAL. IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH CORE USER. ABSENCE CANNOT BE MAPPED. Cassian stood. Quietly. Didn’t move toward the door. Didn’t call her name. He just watched as a room built to outlive emotion began to tremble slightly because the person it had learned to trust was no longer inside it. And Eden? She kept walking. Not to test the system.

Rejected By Him; Claimed By His Crazy Brother

Rejected By Him; Claimed By His Crazy Brother

Because memory doesn’t protect you. Not when I hold the other half. Not when I decide what remains. Two more nights. And then she’ll wake, not empty... But echoing. I used to think it would be louder, the moment someone crumbles. That there’d be a sound, a shift, a splintering. But no. It’s quiet. Collapse is quiet. And she’s collapsing. It’s in the way she avoids mirrors. The way her hands shake when she thinks no one’s watching. The way she flinches at silence like it’s grown teeth. She blames it on everything else, on nightmares, on the rogues, on the whispers she thinks are still just echoes.

THE SUBSTITUTE MATE FOR THE ALPHA KING

THE SUBSTITUTE MATE FOR THE ALPHA KING

Kairi, abandoning all dignity, clapped his hands in a deliberately off-beat, complex counter-rhythm. The hum in Silas's throat grew stronger. He lifted his recorder, still silent, but his fingers moved over the holes, remembering. The bubble shuddered, contracted— And with a sound like a thousand sheets of parchment being torn at once, the silencing field shattered. Noise crashed back in—the fire's crackle, our ragged breathing, Maia's joyful bark. And over it all, Silas, playing the "Cobbler's Jig" with a ferocious, defiant joy, each note a spit in the eye of the silence that had tried to claim him.
