Standing behind the clouds watching the scene unfolding, I realized I could no longer cry.
"Thank you, Alina," I said quietly in my heart.
A pair of hands held mine—cold to the touch, yet still warm enough.
"Let's go, Emma." Anna's smile was as kind and friendly as usual.
I nodded and held onto her hand tightly, happily heading toward heaven's gate with her.
I was truly fortunate—the Moon Goddess had heard my wish after all.
