Sounds Like Titanic Novels & Stories

HERA Everything was so slow and it seemed like every sound became muffled. The loud cries of fear from the people at the back came out as voices from under the water. The loud crash of the car after I unconsciously turned the car wheel into the creek came out as background music. Liam's scream that came out inaudible, mouth wide open, eyes bulging out from its socket, his body moving in slow motion, hair slowly lifting up that I could see every strand of his hair.

The sound of Niko’s deep timbre bounced off the walls, mingling with the harsh patter of water from the shower. The feeling was…intense.I couldn’t think straight. Couldn’t breathe. And like a weightless rock, the tide pulled me in.

Titan asked. “Hmm, yea, you’re not even wrong, really.” I replied. Titan laughed, that has got to be the funniest cosmic trick in the world. In your own mind you can't keep focused when there are beautiful women here, and the gods know there are plenty of beautiful women in here.” Titan howled.

"That thing is bigger than our entire base! If we don't shoot, it's going to swallow us whole!" "If you fire those torpedoes, we won't even be an appetizer!" Sebastian shoved Jack back into his seat and spun toward the main console. "Our weapons will only piss it off!" Outside, the titanic vertical pupil shifted slowly. The water pressure violently fluctuated as the beast moved. The Tartarus was tossed around like a leaf in a hurricane. The titanium hull groaned, a sickening sound of metal being pushed to its absolute limit. "Harper!" Sebastian barked. "Cut all power! Kill the active sonar! Kill the floodlights! Rig for silent running!"

The final guideline was written in a jarring red font. [On rare occasions, the station will transmit the Predator's Song. I pouted and clicked on [I Agree and Start Listening.] The so-called 'Echoes from Below' were nothing more than just some white noise, like the wind moving through an empty corridor or a massive creature slowly exhaling beneath the water. Rumble. The sound was low and heavy, with a faint electrical hiss like a bad microphone feed.

Then— A new sound. Different. Louder. From above. Cracking. Splitting. Everyone looks up. At the same time. And what I see— Wasn’t part of the plan. The ceiling. Shifting. Breaking. And then— Something drops. Fast. Heavy. Explosive.

The first sound heard sounded like cracking and popping noises which seemed to be caused by a burning widespread inferno. As sight continuously travelled below the earth, the rocky grounds were seen heating up, it went on until screeching sounds were heard. Screaming voices calling for help. Alas, the destination of sight was marked. Believer By Imagine Dragons slowly played into the scene as the act was ongoing.

Then I heard an enormous crashing noise, like a massive boulder erupting through the roof over our heads. None of it made a bit of sense. I heard the thudding of booted feet, someone yelled through a loudspeaker... people kept screaming as a blast of frigid wind blew through the tunnels. Wind cold enough to freeze the bones in a second. I heard a metallic screeching and a tinny thud, then more feet. I heard a voice, a very familiar female voice, but in my condition, I couldn't place it. "Toby! Toby, can you hear me? No, no, this can't be happening!"

And I was washed away in a wave of Cazz so deep and pure, it threatened to steal my soul. ***** Soundtrack for the next chapter is “Rise Above it All” by UNSECRET and Mike Mains.

The intensity of Olivia's screams increased. "Would you quit yelling?" Titan asked irritably. "Sound travels faster at night." Leo's heart pounded like a drum. The car was completely surrounded by armed men. There was nowhere to escape. He had never hated Titan Black as much as he did at this moment.
