Stay For Me Novels & Stories

His face had turned serious. "What is it?" "Please don't leave this Island, under no circumstances, I will come back for you and Ethan. Don't even think about going to London at the moment, Meghan." I nodded. Unable to voice out any words. The housekeeper hurried in with sandwiches and tea. I looked at the tray, everything had lost color, without Neon, the music had died down in my world.

, I patted his shoulder appreciatively. "Come, I will help you to get the bus", he said whilst taking my bag to carry. "I have to wait for Abhiman, It's so important and urgent Abhi." "I told you he is out for three days, where will you stay until then ?" "I will stay in any nearby hotel." "There are no hotels nearby here, you have to travel long to get any hotel and I don't think you can adjust in this village, Cara. It's better you should return back to Mumbai and come when he is back"

He doesn't recognize me, so I can be anyone at all. And right now, I am going to be awesome. “Come back tomorrow, and I'll tell you who I am,” I say. “If you haven't figured it out by then.” “You're going to make me wait until tomorrow?” His eyes go wide. “What if you try and disappear?” He doesn't usually have to work this hard for a girl. Usually, they are falling all over him like I want to do. “I won't disappear. I'll be at this conference for the next two days,” I tell him. “But I'm staying close to where you live. I have family in the area.”

“Then let’s not waste any more time.” He blinked. “What are you talking about?” “I’ll leave,” I said, voice calm. “You want to be with her? Fine. Be with her. But I’m not going to stand here and make it easier for you.” His brow furrowed. “Ava—”

Then break a little more. But you keep showing up. You keep staying. Sophia whispered, "Thank you." I pulled her into my arms. Held her like she was the only thing I knew for sure. Because she was. Because some people leave. But the ones who stay? They're everything. And I’m staying. Every goddamn day. Rain or shine. Tears or toast. We’re here. And that’s more than enough.

I can’t help the small smile that escapes me. “If you really want me to stay then I'll stay.” I promise, and I can’t help the thought from running through my head that I would stay as long as she will have me."

"Excuse me? Yes? You're staying?" I nodded slowly and tried not to seem so eager. This was a really difficult decision for me to make. "Yes, I am going to stay. I won’t be going back.”

I texted Kara and let her know of the house I would be staying in for a while. Kara: Wow! You are really one lucky girl. For how long will you be staying there? Me: For a week, without Allen. Kara: So, you’ll be staying alone for a week? Me: No, there are some maids here. Kara: Well, that’s kinda good. You said you wanted to stay away from him because you didn’t want your feelings to grow bigger, here is your chance.

“They look lovely, Sir. And how long would you be with us?” I paused to ponder on that question. Just how long would be enough to convince Methis to come back with me and be my Luna? Knowing her, it’ll be pretty difficult, especially after how I treated her in the past. “Give and take, I should be staying for about a month and a half.” Her eyes widened a little bit, but she didn’t let it show too much and instantly resumed hitting the keys on her keyboard. “That’s really lovely Sir. And what brings you to this wonderful place this time of year?”

“Okay. I guess we’re staying here.” “I’m sorry, but it’s only for a few days. I promise.” “I know. I’m not worried about it.” “You don’t have to stay down here and wait for our guests. You can go up and get some rest if you’d like.” “No, I’ll stay with you. I want to meet Mya, anyway.”
