Please don’t stop your silliness on my account…” Steven has a blush work its way up his neck and onto his cheeks before he then turns and growls at his friend, who then starts teasing him, returning the fun to the atmosphere around them. I turn back around and step up to the counter. I order a late lunch for everyone and then walk back outside to join the others at the tables.

PAST Two days before the Luna ceremony, tensions simmered within the pack's council chambers. Logan's uncle, a seasoned alpha with a stern demeanor, sat at the head of the table, his brow furrowed deeply as he listened to the murmurs of disapproval from the council members. "This is unprecedented, Logan," his uncle said with a heavy sigh, his voice carrying the weight of authority and concern. "A human Luna? Have you lost your senses?" "You're the only one who don't have partner now. Stop waiting for my wen-wen, you'll be single forever." He said. Steven gave him a middle finger sign and they both laugh again. "Just don't hurt him again. If you do, fight me but I'll forcefully take him from you." Steven said seriously.

Steven complimented as he saw Derren and Maria walking toward them. Derren laughed and replied, shaking Steven’s hand, “If we look like a million bucks, then you two look like a whole truckload of gold.” “It's good to see you again, Derren,” Steven said. “Same here,” Derren replied, then turned to Lunaris. “Moon Goddess,” he said softly with a smile, bowing his head slightly. “It’s Lunaris. You got a lot of nerve, threatening to start another war with Steven if I refused to follow you guys,” Lunaris replied jokingly.

“You’re the prey tonight.” Steven smirked. “Five against one? That’s not even a challenge.” The men raised their weapons, aiming at him. “You won’t be laughing for long,” one of them sneered. Steven’s eyes glowed with an icy blue light, and a chilling grin spread across his face. “I’ll make you regret those words. Let’s dance.” Then he turned to me, his expression fierce. “Run, Luna. Now.” I didn’t wait for another warning. I turned and ran, the sound of his laughter echoing behind me.

Jessi said and slid her hand up under Steven's thigh, making him grin. “Do you think you're seductive enough in these cheap clothes? You look like a bitch, you know?” Steven said. “W-What?” Jessi withdrew her hand and was surprised. “Steven! What did you say about my daughter?” Leo said. "I'm just telling the truth, and if you want to work together with me, don't bring this woman in front of me, she will just be my toy if she stays here," Steven said, he got up from his chair making Leo annoyed and clenched his fists.

I stay and watch as Adrian struggles and pulls against the chains around his wrists and ankles. "Lilly will never be yours. She WAS never yours. We love each other. Steven asks me handing me a long thick bladed knife. I nod and take the blade. "You get what you deserve." I say and with one quick slice, I use all my might to chop off his head. It makes a loud thud when it hits the floor and I watch as it rolls to Steven feet.

When she finished, tears streaked her face as she bowed deeply to Yuna. "Luna, I'm sorry." Yuna looked at her for a long moment, then said softly, "It's not your fault. From today on, your brother is under the protection of the Shadowthorn Alliance. No one in Fendon can ever use him to threaten you again." Amy's sobs intensified instantly.
