121 Days With My Mate

121 Days With My Mate

As the stories got scarier, I noticed a few of the younger pack members huddling closer to their parents, seeking comfort and reassurance. Soon, it was my turn to share a story. Feeling the weight of the moment, I cleared my throat and began my tale. "In a small village, there was a haunted mansion. It was said that the spirit of a vengeful witch roamed the halls, seeking revenge on anyone who dared to enter her domain..." I let my imagination run wild, conjuring spine-chilling scenes and mysterious characters. The pack leaned in closer, their eyes wide with fascination, hanging onto every word I spoke. The suspenseful atmosphere made my heart race with excitement.

Haunted Beasts

Haunted Beasts

I don't know why I feel the need to ask because I know they will. They all smile. "Of course. Sisters take care of each other till the end." And here I thought my life couldn't get any weirder. I never thought I would ever be caught up in a story of forbidden love. The tale as old as time. The story whereby starcrossed lovers fight tooth and nail to be together even though the odds are against them. The most popular must be the classic Romeo and Juliet and the least popular must be the one about angels and demons, the one I apparently feature in.

The Publicist's Plight (Rewritten Version of Harrison inc.)

"Ignore that this place looks like a plantation house? Okie Dokie." I glare at him staring out the window with disgust on his face. The driver opens the car door, inviting the sweltering heat inside. I step out and hold my hand in front of my eyes. Sebastian gets out and does the same. "I read this story o****e once, something on a ghost forum I think, about how slave spirits haunt old plantation homes and kill the residents who live inside." "Sebastian, please," I snap quietly as we step on the front porch and ignore the stares from those socializing in the shade.

And after what she told me earlier,of what she had seen…” Hollingsworth Manor,July 1984 “I swear to you Polly,”Ginny said in her most excited voice.”I saw her…in my room!” “Calm down Ginny,”Polly implored.”Tell me everything from the beginning.” Polly pulled her younger sister down next to her on the low wall overlooking the garden, where the flowers were in full bloom.Ginny’s beautiful elfin face,so much like her own,was frozen in a mask of pure terror. “I believe you Polly, everything you said about this place is true…its haunted! At first I only felt it,but now… I have seen this evil with my own two eyes!”

Blue Moon Bed & Breakfast

Blue Moon Bed & Breakfast

He realized what she was looking at. “Yes, I think this might be an excellent subject for your blog. I didn’t realize this doll is an actual antique with a story. She’s haunted by a little girl who first owned her. Or so the story says. The little girl was from an unhappy home and she died of scarlet fever in the late 1800s. Now she haunts her favourite doll and looks for a loving family.” “What a sad story. Do you believe it’s true? That it’s really haunted? Do you think it’s a story that’s been used to exploit the hauntings?” Benjamin sat the food on the table and came to sit beside his wife as they looked at the papers and toys.

Hello, so I just finish the 1st chapter, honestly, I think you introduced too many characters in the first chapter, why don't you focus on the MC and the husband and wife first. You can introduce the other staffs later when they play a role in the chapter. Good luck!

I love the way you tell us about all the different people that are going to be in the book. I like how each chapter is about one set of characters and how they are part of the whole tapestry of the story. Love that there's a Boggart in your book, they really are very mischievous but don't mean harm.

In love with my best friend's dad

In love with my best friend's dad

It made the nerves with in me to be excited. Mr. Gavin took me to have lunch with him as a way of thanking me. I didn't refuse. Not because l was never taken to lunch outside by a man but l wanted to get more chances to be with him. We left his house which l was scared of before. Well it's not only me. Most of the neighbors here believe that the house is haunted. There is even a story that was circulating around that there are ghosts coming from it every night.

Things Slip Through

Things Slip Through

“So this house. Finch went crazy in there and killed Daniel Pital. Maybe something in there possessed and killed Scott Kretch, kidnapped Jesse Kretch, and you saw . . . or almost saw . . . something . . . ” I pause, realizing I’m now assuming that all these stories are true. Though some part of me accepts this, I find I’m not any less afraid. Actually, I’m terrified. “So. Bassler House. Is it haunted? Cursed? How does it fit into the big picture? Because Ellen Danvers lost her son on Bassler Road. Is there a connection? Is Timmy Danvers in Bassler House?”

My Nightmares

My Nightmares

Epilogue: Now that I have written several of these stories, I find that my old ghosts have started to haunt my dreams yet again. It is amazing that once things are written down, they begin to take on a life of their own. Just remember, if you don’t want things to go bump in the night, don’t tell anyone else about them.

The Haunting of Thomas Gardens

The Haunting of Thomas Gardens

Everyone knew the Thomases, as with most founding families, they were hot topics to gossip about. The town hall had mementoes of the Thomases, but only of those that did not make scandal. For those that did, they were kept hushed behind the wrought iron gates of the property on the hill. Since the nineties, no one had lived on that property for longer than six months, and rumors floated around that the place was haunted.

Luna's Reckoning

he said. Melissa could remember how this was an excursion for her when she was a kid, the royal academy had taken them to see the deformed trees. Trees that grew weirdly to take eerily scary shapes. And they all surrounded a house that was believed to house the spirit of an old vampire. Vlad the impaler or so. She didn't really remember the stories. “We are coming to you now,” Richard said. “Stay where you are!” Melissa and the others rushed forward and they snaked through the treacherous landscape of the woods and soon they were at the deformed trees. They entered the haunted house and Richard spoke to Eric again.
